RT Olson Plumbing Heating and Air

We were shopping for a new air conditioning and heating system when we had Tim from RT Olson come by to check out our unit. While discussing a new system with him, he worked on a quote for us, and we found their pricing to be the best. We decided to go with RT Olson and start a new project to install a new system. They did an amazing job with the installation, and we even moved our system from the garage to the attic. I also requested them to install a whole house fan from QuietCool, and Tim was very responsive—he got it done the same day! The entire project lasted four days. They were very professional, kept our house clean, and delivered excellent work. We are officially their new plumbing , Air conditioner customer. Here are some pictures of their work. I woke up this morning to find that my ceiling was dripping water on me as I was brushing my teeth and like any normal person I went to investigate and quickly realized this was all above my pay grade! Tim and Tyler were at my house in a flash and came to the rescue. They handled all the tough dirty work in the attic and made it look easy! Tim also completely hooked us up with the most beautiful new thermostats. We live In Murrieta and it gets so incredibly hot during the summer and so cold in the winter so survival here means heating and air needs to be top notch! We are all up and running again now thanks to these amazing gentleman at RT OLSON plumbing heating and air I can’t recommend them enough!

We had the company come out to check and service the air conditioning unit. Our technicians were Tim and Johnathan. They cleaned the unit to remove mildew and years worth of dirt. They installed a uv light to help prevent mold/bacteria growth. They came back to service the ducting in the attic and were able to advise us about some issues including finding asbestos and getting another company involved to get it fixed ASAP. They made sure to check the air pressure/output in each of the rooms and made sure we were happy with everything before they left. They were very professional and made sure there was no debris left behind and that everything was clean before leaving. The air/heat works so much better since being serviced and updated. We are very happy with this company and will be using them for any future needs.

We had a complete water softener installation performed by David G. He executed the work perfectly. I would recommend RT Olson plumbing for any future work. Their pricing was fair compared to the similar plumbing outfits I requested quotes for in the area that appear to upcharge new builds/communities.

I have nothing but nice things to say about this company. I have them currently servicing 2 of my properties. Tim has been nothing short of amazing with excellent customer service and communication. He was very detailed with his explanation of any issues we had with our hvac system and was very fair with his estimates. We got the VIP membership with them for both our properties so they will continue to provide service to both our hvac and plumbing needs. His most recent work on our property was the installation of a beautiful new smart thermostat. Same installation was provided with our rental property. He was quick to address any issues that arose. He made communication with our tenants very easy and facilitated any future work orders without any hassle. Would recommend this company to anyone looking to get their hvac and plumbing serviced!

I was shopping around for the best price to descale my tankless water heaters. In addition to offering a great deal, this company was very responsive and reliable. They continued to answer my questions in a professional and prompt manner. The day before my appointment, they sent a reminder, and, on the day of the appointment, they continued with the updates on when the technician would arrive. David, the technician was very courteous, polite and very efficient and the entire process went very smoothly. He left the area super clean and was more than happy to answer any of our questions. In addition, that same day, we had another great technician, Tim, coming out for a complimentary evaluation of our HVAC system. He was also super nice, courteous, informative, and very helpful, which made it a very pleasant experience. Employees like David and Tim are a great asset to any company. I truly appreciate this company’s honest communication, amazing personnel, and great communication skills. Everyone who we came in contact with was awesome. I will definitely be contacting this company for all my future plumbing and HVAC needs and I will highly recommend them to everyone I know. Thank you.

RT Olsen has been absolutely outstanding. When my water main broke, they showed up promptly, fixed the issue, and even re-piped the entire house. Later, when my gas line blew, they went above and beyond to help me find the best solution. Their reliability and honesty truly set them apart. I highly recommend them!
