Getting maintenance of my Heating/AC is taken care of is so simple and easy! The technician checks everything and ensures that all is in good working order. Has not installed yet. Came out to my house right away. Water heater not making water hot enough. Dean was great. Educated me on what I should know. I am sick and husband out of town. Discovered it was leaking after he came Out to my house. Installing tomorrow morning. Very intuitive and considerate and Efficient and polite.

Had a large leak from the plenum (where duct work attaches to forced air unit). Joseph responded next day. He adjusted the ductwork and retaped it and now air flows to all rooms. Joser was friendly, courteous, and fast. He even vacuumed the area to clean it up. Will definately use Sheldon's again.

The Sheldon's Air Team came in and truly deep-cleaned our entire air duct and ventilation systems. Showing us videos and photos every step of the way, they did a wonderful job of both addressing all issues post-Palisades' fires and keeping us all involved in the process.
