Dominic answered his phone on the first ring and was able to come out and handle my emergency Water Heater problem same day. He was thorough, cleaned up after himself, was friendly, and professional. He even called me to tell me he was going to be five minutes late. My experience with service providers is not always that good. I will definitely use Elite Plumbing services again.
