I recently hired United Plumbing in San Jose and am beyond impressed with their service. They were prompt and professional and went above and beyond by coming out on a Sunday morning to address my issue. It’s rare to find companies willing to accommodate their clients’ schedules like that! The team quickly assessed the problem, explained everything in detail, and walked me through the steps they would take to fix it. Their transparency and expertise were truly reassuring. They worked hard, paying attention to every detail and not cutting any corners. I also appreciated how clean and organized they were, leaving no mess behind. On top of the excellent service, the price was very reasonable, which made the entire experience even better. I can't recommend United Plumbing enough for anyone needing reliable, professional, reasonably priced plumbing services in San Jose. They exceeded all my expectations, and I will definitely be using them again in the future!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Yuri from United Plumbing and Water Heaters to fix a leak in my second story bathroom caused by a leaking spout. As always, Yuri went above and beyond to provide excellent service. He quickly identified the source of the leak by opening a small hole in the ceiling of the garage and another in the hallway to access the back of the bathroom spout. What truly impressed me was how thoroughly Yuri handled the job. Not only did he fix the issue, but he also took the extra step to close up the drywall with two small pieces of wood, ensuring the area was left looking neat and secure. His attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work were evident throughout the entire process. I had previously hired Yuri for a water heater and water regulator installation, and once again, he proved why I trust him with all my plumbing needs. Because of I’m not good at English, so I rarely write the reviews. But for United Plumbing, I have to do something. I replaced all my house’s sewer lines and water pipes because it’s too old and already leaking somewhere. Everyone that I deal with was very courteous and responsive. They knew I’m not good at English, they’re all text messages to me, this gave me great convenience and the confidence to continue the work. Tim, Tom, and the technicians whose names I don't even know are all professional and friendly, they even fixed my neighbor's faucet for free at lunchtime. I can't express my satisfaction in words, I recommend this plumbing company to everyone.

Our furnace stopped working abruptly. We found United HVAC from a search of Google Reviews and they sent Sam the same day (Saturday of a holiday long weekend). Sam diagnosed that the motor was broken, ordered the parts and returned on Tuesday for the repair. Super professional, prompt and the pricing was reasonable. We will use this company again.

United plumbing & water heaters did an amazing job for us recently. They were very accommodating to our schedule. And helped us reschedule when we had a conflict with our time. Yuri was our Plumber. He was on time and did everything exactly as planned. He even did a little extra repair for me on my washing machine drainage pipe. I’m very happy with the overall experience with United plumbing.

Nick L. of United Plumbing came and replaced both main water valve and pressure regulator for my house. He was polite and professional and got the job done in less than two hours. Excellent work and highly recommended.
