After our heater refused to turn on and calling multiple local services, Olivero was kind enough to send someone the same day. Austin was quick to notice the leakage and we realized a total replacement was needed right away. They were able to schedule a replacement for the next day. We are back up and running and installation and cleanup was very professional. I highly recommend them.

We had our house plumbing replaced to copper, Dave came out to give the estimate, he's a really good down to earth our kind of guy, he knows his stuff, told us everything they would do and they even went a little more than estimated at no additional cost, his two guys Kyle and Austin came out with Dave, he showed them what is being done, he left and they got everything done so nicely, great couple of guys, Dave came back in the afternoon to help them finish up, these guys did such nice work in a timely manner, clean job,we're so happy with their work, they went the extra mile for us at no additional charge, we would Highly recommend Olivero plumbing to anyone, I don't think you'll find a better plumbing company, we heard about them from our neighbors and are really glad we called them, I'll always call on them in the future, do yourself a big favor and call Olivero for any plumbing needs

Over the phone, the person who answered said a new water heater would be needed if there's a leak and scheduled two weeks out after the phone cut off ... actually a hard hang up while I described the PGE recommendation for a repair not replacement for a drain valve leak. Update: OP scheduled two weeks out before I clarified the recommendation from PGE. After another company replaced a part and provided maintenance, I called OP to cancel the "scheduled" appointment and you said there was nothing scheduled. Pretty clear you didn't want my business if was just a repair. When a replacement is needed, I will not return to OP. Beyond rude customer service from a recommended service provider in the area.

I am very pleased with the service from Olivero’s. We had a plumbing catastrophe and they were out the next morning to provide quick aid. Our plumber, Kyle, was polite and professional. Highly recommend.
