He is the BEST plumber! He called me back immediately after calling. Been in the business for 43 years. Very reasonable price. Reliable and very friendly and professional.. He truly loves his work and a true tradesman. Totally helped me by fixing a problem, that another plumber created which caused a leak in my kitchen. I definitely recommend him for any plumbing needs!!!!

Called for an emergency situation and he was very rude. He was onsite for another job and I explained we had a busted water pipe in our front yard and he asked how long it had been broken for and I said maybe a few days and he said in a very condescending/mocking tone, "It's been going for several days and you want me to come fix it NOW?" I shot back, "We JUST found out about it, we're not stupid, we wouldn't knowingly let a water pipe be busted for several days!" Btw: it had been raining for several days so the leak was not obvious and there was no noise. His tone changed and he started trying to help by telling us to call the city but I was over it and just thanked him and hung up. My God, do better. A simple inquiry should not have turned into that. Will NEVER contact this company ever again.

He came by the day before gave me a fair and reasonable estimate. He installed new faucets in my kitchen, both bathrooms and a show head. He was on time. Focused, personable, professional. I would recommend Roberto any time. Integrity and customer service are important to me. He gets five stars.

Honesty and pride in his work. I've called Roberto twice. Both times his work was quick and high quality. Easy to get along with and a fun personality. I did not ask for an estimate the second time, to replace spigot and valve piping, knowing the price would be reasonable and as expected - it was. Roberto would not say he can make a repair unless he was sure it would be the right fix. You will not be disappointed.

Robert was fantastic, quick, and efficient. He has a great sense of humor and is a joy to be around! We called at 3pm on a Monday about our sink being clogged in the house we just moved into a week ago and he was at our place in about 20 minutes, which is unheard of. Luckily he lives right down the street from us so we'll definitely call him again if we come across more plumbing issues (although I truly hope we don't, haha). Highly recommend, no one can beat his price, and he was done in under 15 minutes. Thank you a Robert!

Came to our home several weeks ago to review what we needed done. Told us what we needed to get and what parts he would get. Never actually gave us an estimate for what the work would cost. Told us to call him when we had the parts. My husband called him a few days ago and was told he would call us on Monday to schedule the appointment. Called Monday at 9:00 am to tell us he would be at our house at 9:30 am. Called back five minutes later to say he was going to Vacaville to give an estimate and then would come by. We live in Fairfield. He arrived at 10:40 with only a screwdriver and wrench. Looked at our bathroom sinks again and told us he couldn’t help us. Never looked at the garage disposal which he was also going to fix. Obviously never purchased the part for the disposal he said he would get. Left at 11:00. Oh, and while he was here for the short amount of time he was mostly on his phone with other clients. Would never recommend this plumber. Don’t even know if he knows his stuff based on my experience.

had a plumbing emergency on a saturday. Called and came within a couple hours to help us with our pipes in the bathroom. very polite, ;professional and reasonable. I was very pleased with the work and couldn't believe his reasonable rate! I know it probably would've been a lot more with other plumbers

Roberto bought a damaged water heater from Lows and had Lows deliver it. Upon Robertos arrival, he tells me he got $100 off because it had dent on top. I kept asking him for the receipt, from Lows. He gave me a receipt from his company, would not give me Lows receipt, be cause he said he needs it for his taxes, and now this damaged water heater is making noises and he tells me I have to call the manufacturer to come repair it. Why did he need the receipt from Lows for his taxes, he didn't pay for it, I did. Roberto is a crook do not use him. HE IS NOT, I REPEAT NOT A LICENSED PLUMBER. DO NOT USE HIM. There is no plumber license on his business card. Look him up, you find nothing.
