They're prompt they're easy to schedule with good customer service employees are very nice and very polite they do their work fast inefficiently. And they're very easy to schedule a time and a date with and they try to make it as soon as possible not put you out by a day or so when you have an emergency problem.

I didn’t have high hopes when calling a Roto-Rooter service, but was pleasantly surprised by Steve’s prompt, honest and well- priced service. He explained everything knowledgeably and professionally, and did not try to add on services or sell me something else. He came out and did the job well and on time. I had him back for another service at my house because I trusted his advice and judgment. Highly recommended!
