They're prompt they're easy to schedule with good customer service employees are very nice and very polite they do their work fast inefficiently. And they're very easy to schedule a time and a date with and they try to make it as soon as possible not put you out by a day or so when you have an emergency problem.

I didn’t have high hopes when calling a Roto-Rooter service, but was pleasantly surprised by Steve’s prompt, honest and well- priced service. He explained everything knowledgeably and professionally, and did not try to add on services or sell me something else. He came out and did the job well and on time. I had him back for another service at my house because I trusted his advice and judgment. Highly recommended!

The main and secondary lines of our sewer system were old cast iron lines and they were deteriorating. They came out and rehabbed the lines and now they both are clean and clear. The technicians were kind and courteous and did not leave a mess when they completed the job. I have used them in the past and I will always call Mr. Rooter for my plumbing repairs.

Had a clean out drain overflow this past weekend. My HOA originally sent the work order to a different company but they could not come out until 5-7 p.m. the next day, and seemed very annoyed when speaking to them. I am so glad the HOA contacted Mr Rooter as an alternative. The scheduler was very pleasant. Spoke to him at 11:30 and a technician was here by 12:15! The tech, Edward, was very nice, easy to communicate my concerns to, did a great job and totally cleaned up the area surrounding the drain! In this busy time, I appreciate a company who puts into practice good customer service AND does a thorough job! I was so impressed with the service I received, I highly recommended this company to my HOA for all future plumbing issues in our development.

Santiago was very sufficient in explaining what the options were and how much it was going to cost and how to try and avoid clogs in the future by making sure the water is flushed completely out of the tank. i’m very happy with the service he made it lookquick and easy.

Mr. Rooter was very promt in addressing my emergency call and Steve was a pleasur eto work with. He was very patient and went above and beyond to see the work to completion. Looking forward to future business with them!

Was desperate for someone to fix my toilet and shower stoppage, then along came Daniel from Mr. Rooter to the rescue! He came the same day within hours, was very professional, fixed my issue and showed me on a camera how bad my sewer pipe looked. It’s an old house. So I will be using them again soon to add a pipe liner to secure the pipe, hopefully for years to come. I certainly don’t want my sewer pipe to collapse and end up costing me thousands more! Extremely happy with their service.
