Hot water, one of the luxuries that we all mostly take for granted. We recently found out as our water heater went down for the count. Online I found Family Plumbing and gave them a call. Cindy answered at their office and greeted me with a very positive attitude. She took my information and let me know that a technician was in the area and could stop by to evaluate our issue. Gerardo was at our door 15 minutes later. Gerardo was professional and assessed our issues. He gave me four different options with prices. I had already decided on replacing our tank style and had a lot of questions. Gerardo took the time to answer all my concerns and we did go with a tankless water heater system. The job could be started the next morning. The next morning, installers Elias and Victor arrived on time and jumped on to the job immediately. It was obvious that they both were experts at their craft. Also very polite and professional. The installation went smoothly and before we knew it we had endless hot water. As the job ended Victor tested the water pressure coming from the street and suggested a pressure reduction valve because it was high. Gerardo came back and gave us a quote and then he and Elias installed it to bring the pressure to an acceptable level. Family Plumbing is now my go to company for all plumbing, heating & air conditioning and I highly recommend them. One last thing is they have a family membership plan that untitles you to yearly maintenance of all systems as well as discounts, and that is a smart way to keep them all running for years to come. Family Plumbing Heating & Air was phenomenal. The office is very well organized, and extremely reliable. They called with appointment reminders on time and were easy to work with and communicate with. Jason Buss, one of the senior technicians, was amazing. He was super knowledgeable and was honest, recommended certain services, but clearly recommended against others that did not need to be done currently. The job was completed on time, everything was kept neat and clean, and very professionally done. I can’t say enough nice things about Jason, his team, and this company.

I called AAVCO to come and look at my heating system after another company came and quoted me an outrageous price to replace an OEM Inducer which had stopped working. Someone came out the same day and arrived timely. Jacob was polite and showed up in a company truck. He went over all of his findings and took pictures and explained everything in detail. The pricing was reasonable and part of the price included a bi-yearly maintenance program. I have been satisfied with their service and would recommend them.

We scheduled our furnace service for December 30, 2024, and we were very pleased with the technician, Ryan. He greeted us at the front door and professionally put on booties to prevent any debris from entering the house. After getting to work, he returned to explain his observations and recommendations. Having been a customer of Family Plumbing for nearly 20 years, I have always been very satisfied with their service. I highly recommend this company for any HVAC work.

Jacob Diaz was the best, sat down went through all my options, explained how the system works how the new system will work. Even told me that he could fix the old one if that’s what I wanted. Thank you so much Jacob. So I wanted to give an update to my review. Jacob was really nice, explained what I thought I was getting. But he wasn’t truthful. He told me my air ducts needed cleaning. I said yeah I know but just haven’t done it. The way Jacob explained it they were going to clean them so it was like everything was new. Come to find out it’s not including, and they want $550 on top of what I already paid. And when I was signing the contract he said it was all included. I didn’t have time to read it word for word. So don’t take their word for it. He told me what I wanted to hear to make the sale.

Called for a leak repair. They were quick to respond and set the appointment. Antonio was the service personnel who came. He was friendly, professional, quick, and fair priced. I will definitely use them again when needed.

Today met with Jacob D. and could not be happier with the outcome of his visit. Jacob was professional, knowledgeable and very good at explaining the process of our new system. We are looking forward to the installation and hopefully a cooler summer inside our home. Thank you Jacob D.

Heater yearly maintenance service on 11/12/24. Service tech, Anthony arrived within time window. Very thorough in checking system and very explanatory in what was checked. Made good recommendations on what could be done to the heater to give it as long a life as possible. Anthony is very personable and was easy to talk with. Also appreciated his kind heart towards caring for rescue dogs. 🙂🐕
