I woke up very nervous today because of having to call a plumber because of my past experiences of dishonesty with them. But i was so happy and satisfied with my experience today. Wallace Weaver and Chris were so professional, honest, respectful, and helpful with my issues dealing with a clogged kitchen sink. They not only resolved the issue but explained it and gave me suggestions for the future! They were here within 20min of being called and were so polite during the time they were here. I highly recommend if you use Mr. Rooter...specifically ask for these two Gentlemen! You wont regret it!!!

I had a blocked outdoor drain the needed to be cleared, David and George worked diligently to hydro-jet the entire outdoor drainage system so that it drained properly. They were knowledgeable, resourceful, and respectful of my property. They did a great job!

I contacted Mr. Rooter on a late Saturday and received same-day service, which was a lifesaver since all the other companies I called had no availability. Mr. Rooter truly came to the rescue! Special thanks to Marcus, the technician, who was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and quick to diagnose and fix the issue. I’m thoroughly impressed by Marcus’s expertise and professionalism. From now on, Mr. Rooter will be my first choice for any plumbing needs. Thank you for your prompt and exceptional service!

Absolutely useless company. I have given this company business on multiple occasions and chances, and they have fallen short every time. I am given a time frame, but they don't show. They give no heads-up or notice that they are running late. Other times, they would call after the 4-hour window to say the tech couldn't make it and would reschedule me for the following day, only to have the same thing happen. This company is unreliable and unprofessional. If they cannot keep their time commitment, then I would be hesitant about their quality of work.

Mr Rooter came to the rescue. Within a week of purchasing a home we began to have plumbing blockage issues. Enter Matt from Mr. Rooter. He came out to clear the blockage and found our main line was almost completely blocked due to scale build up. Matt was clear and honest about what we were looking at as far as options. Adam from Mr Rooter arrived at my home shortly thereafter and provided the quote for a pretty large job. Adam reviewed financing options as we just purchased the home and cash flow was tight. The job was completed mostly in one afternoon, with some finishing touches the next day. This was MY error. I gave them very little notice and they still pulled together a crew (volunteered to come in on their day off), worked into the evening, and did a fanatic job. A big part of the confidence we felt was the fact Matt was there every minute of the job. He was a wonderful liaison between the work being done and communication with us. In fact they gave me so much confidence during that job I also had Matt install a Halo5 water conditioning system. (Highly recommend also!) These big costs are just part of home ownership. It’s never fun. Considering the justifiable cost of the project, the overall experience was actually pleasurable. Thank you, Matt. I cannot recommend Matt and Adam enough. I overheard Matt on the phone with Adam and the sentence “yeah, we need to do what is right for the customer” pretty much explains why I will go nowhere else. Thank you Matt, Adam, and the Mr Rooter Inland Empire Team! PS. Ask them about the 3 year plan the offer for a ridiculous cheap price. It saved me THOUSANDS on this job alone.

Service was fantastic. The amount charged for the shower valve rebuild I thought was too excessive for about 45 minutes of work.The charged amount amount was $582.00. Note, I supplied the replacement valve.

I spoke with the owner and this company will stand by there word and motto. Delivering the service and quality work to get the job done. Communication is #1 and I now, know i have a reliable source for all my plumbing needs. I highly recommend you give these guys a try.
