Austin and his apprentice Steven were very professional, punctual and detail oriented. They laid down tarps beforehand and were very methodical in preparing the duct work for installation. Upon completion of the work, they thoroughly cleaned the area. Austin gave me a diagram of the installation and explained the necessary certifications to follow. He also stated this was his final installation and he would be advancing to a higher job position within the company. Bravo! Highly recommend. pd

Thank you Received another text asking for my comments on the actual install. Izaiah and his team did an excellent job of installing the Flo Smart Water Monitor & Shutoff value. He took the time to explain how it worked and what I had to do get started. Izaiah also took the time to show me how the system worked. His team cleaned up and left everything as it was when they arrived. I’ve attached before and after pics of the work and one of the workers Nicholas. Had Jake with Albrittion out today for an estimate. Explained all the quotes in detail and checked all the outlets in the house. Appreciate his time and knowledge with the main electrical panel.

I have to say that when the concern over my heater came up, I did not hesitate to call for Albritten. When Dakota arrived and did his evaluation and he recommended I speak with one of their reps regarding replacing the heater, I was a bit scared because of the expense but the safety and well-being of my son is more important. Ricky arrived on Monday to measure and then came Tuesday. I received a call that the techs were on their way. William seemed very calm and experienced... this confidence helped me calm down. Both he and Adolfo got to work and were focused on what they were doing. Miguel came in and added another layer of support, explaining next steps and providing me with a one sheet in case I forgot or had further questions. This whole experience was made better and less scary because of the professionalism displayed by this team. I am grateful for their quick response and work completion. The only constructive comment would be that I was hoping that William would have been able to show me the CO levels (if any) with the meter that Dakota had... just to allay my fears. Best news-- no headaches in the morning since the new heater was installed!

Ben is a highly skilled professional adult. He was patient and very thorough. He kindly answered all our questions and although not many, he addressed our concerns. We were so impressed with Ben, that we decided not to shop around. We chose Allbritten and we will remain loyal to them and because of Ben. I know we asked a lot of questions, but Ben did not blink twice. He had an answer and an explanation. We were impressed with his professionalism and we hope you take good care of Ben, he is more of a blessing to you than you know.

José did our electrical box for our pump on new water heater and created an external conduit for the power source for the pump. He was an expert professional and did a fantastic job. The work was awesome.

Koi and his team installed my whole house fan today and it was seamless. Very professional and honest. I’ve done my homework and trust is hard to come by. Since buying this home less than four weeks ago, I’ve had two great experiences with Allbritten and trust was part of both. Sal was the other technician that came out for the other issue. My AC unit was making a rattling sound. As Sal was checking it out I went inside. It was just a loose bolt. Assuming most companies these days he had a great opportunity to fleece me but honesty won out. You get what you pay for and cheapest isn’t always best. But honesty is priceless. I’d rather deal with an honest company that is priced in the middle, especially when it comes to cutting holes in your ceiling! Thanks y’all, appreciate ya.
