My great experience started with Greg who first took my call. He was courteous, professional, and helpful. In less than an hour Eric arrived and he too was professional and courteous. He explained my options, left to get the water heater, and started the work an hour later. Jerry showed up to help with the installation. I would highly recommend Art Douglas Plumbing. Their employees are highly trained professionals and friendly.

Hope this review will pay dividends in the future. I had an excellent experience! They installed a dishwasher drain to the P-trap under my sink, and their work was flawless. The plumber arrived on time, was professional, and explained everything clearly before starting. They worked efficiently and ensured the connection was secure and leak-free. They even cleaned up the workspace afterward, which I really appreciated. I couldn’t be happier with the quality of the work and the service provided. Great work! I’ve used this business before with always having good results. Plumbing companies are good due to having knowledge employees. I think it was Dustin who fulfilled our expectations with installing a new kitchen faucet and making sure it worked properly. He spent quite a while correcting a few issues that were happening. We just had our toilets and bathroom faucets replaced by Dustin with Art Douglas Plumbing. Dustin was very nice and cleaned up after himself as he worked. He worked all day without even taking a break! He made sure that I was satisfied with the work, explained the new features of our fixtures (like pop-down drain plugs, which were new to me), and discussed how to kill the roots that had been coming up under one of the toilets. We had previously used this company when we had our water heater installed a few years ago and had been happy with them. We will continue to use them as our plumbing service and highly recommend them to you as well!

The best customer service EVER! I called at 3:00 on a Friday, full stress mode. The gentleman on the phone was courteous and polite. Told me he would have someone over within the hour. Jack showed up within the hour. Dude had assessed the issue, fixed the problem, finished up paperwork/payment, and was gone by 4:30! Thanks Jack!

These people are excellent to work with. I called and they said they could be there in an hour! Wow what service. Dazhon was our technician and he was courteous and professional. This is the second time I have needed them and they did not disappoint either time. I highly recommend them.
