Balanced Comfort

First I have to acknowledge the management team/owner for schooling all their staff on first rate customer experience’. Being just retired from working in management for over 25 years in my 35 year career, (Cable/Internet/Fiber) I can see they are training their staff on taking care of the customer. I just had my third service visit in three years dealing with Balanced Comfort. Each time I’ve been impressed. These three services were not small issues. First was a full A/C -Heat split system replacement in my back house, second was a complete “cut-in” for a Bosch Heat pump, (AC-Heat) which took approximately 1 week of work. Third was a backed up main sewer line blockage from the street to my first clean-out on the edge of the property. Each service wasn’t without small issues as you’d expect however, each issue was taken care of quickly and professionally and without extra cost. The latest service was the sewer, completed by Steven A. He quickly diagnosed the issue, used his giant snake with motor and then used his sewer camera over 100’ to ensure everything was “clear” even after clearing the blockage. I know people reading this review may think I have an interest or know someone at the company. That isn’t the case. It’s just me working in customer’s homes for over 30 years gives me a unique perspective on how to treat people and be upfront and honest. I highly recommend all of their services!

Over 3 weeks for repair. Paid up front for the repairs. Wrong parts ordered twice. Promises of coming back the next day with no call no show. Spoke with Aaron, general manager. Nice man. Appears to be supply issue of not being provided the right part each time. I appreciated his communication. Thank you for calling me and speaking with me.

Juan Jiménez is an excellent technician,very knowledgeable was able to re do the job that was done wrong by the technician that came the first time that did an awful job. He did everything right and he was very professional and went out of his way to make sure that he was doing everything right. Highly recommend asking for Matthew as a technician to come out for services. He is a very respectful and knowledgeable technician that goes above and beyond for you and your families. Does a great job explaining what exactly he is doing, takes his time to make sure the job is done correctly, cleans up after himself and does his best to answer any questions you might have.

We had a problem at our home with 105 to 115 degrees temperatures from a heat spell. Balanced Comfort sent out a tech who identified the problem and got us back up and running. They did an AMAZING good job. I was even more impressed with how friendly the workers were and how efficiently the company handled our issue. We decided to join their "Membership Club" because that provides us other valuable services when needed. Check out the picture I took of the temperature NOW going into our home. OMG Amazing!!!

I picked this company due to the positive reviews. Let me tell you they are correct. This company had a tech at my house within 2hrs the tech took his time explaining everything he was going to do. I never felt like he was rushing or the job was half done. He showed me what the issue was and then walked me through the different options that were available to fix the actual issue instead of putting a bandaid on it. Great tech representing your company 👍

Best service ever!! Had our split system replaced with a all in one bosch 5ton roof sytem. Joey was very helpful through the whole process. The crew did a exceptional job removing our old unit and installing the new one. This new bosch heatpump is really really really efficient!! It's been about four months and this unit has kept our 2100 sqft home very comfortable with little energy used. We are very pleased with the unit and the work of everyone evolved on the job!! The financing options they have available make any upgrade within reach financially. This heat pump unit is awesome. I suggest when those climate incentives start to hit call balanced comfort for the energy efficient upgrades. We Highly recommend balanced comfort!! Super impressed!! Updated post: Condensation was an issue with our unit by the second winter. This issue was caused by a plugged condensate drain pipe. Blower motor started having issues due to the moisture. 10 year warranty covered the cost for motor. I went ahead and had the UV light installed and unit cleaned. Lemme tell you Jose Mandujano told me upon arrival he would get us up and running. The man was confident and true to his words. This system by far is the best system when it's operating properly. I do suggest paying the extra for UV lighting to not only give u cleaner air but also keep your components cleaner in the unit. And as always Balance comfort is our go to for all our heating and plumbing needs!
