At 10 a.m., my wife heard dripping water coming from our water heater. Upon checking, she found it leaking, so we immediately searched online for a plumbing service. All Briiten arrived within 30 minutes, inspected the unit, and confirmed that our water heater, installed in 1990, needed to be replaced. They provided two options: a 6-year warranty unit for $3,785 and a 10-year warranty unit for $5,000. Just as we were about to proceed, Costless Plumbing came to the rescue. Our 25 year old AC finally gave out, on the first heat wave to boot. Like most, we tried to squeeze as much life as we could out of it, but when I was quoted $3.5k to get it fixed, with no guarantees it would last us another year, the writing was on the wall. And it said, Go get a new AC. Allbritten was my first choice because of their stellar service. I have been with them for more than a decade. They even gave me a very good estimate on a unit comparable to my old 4-ton, with a higher SEER rating of course. To cut a long story short, I chose Costless because they quoted me nearly less than half of the lowest estimate I got, which was incidentally from Allbritten. What’s more, they quoted me a 5-ton heat exchanger for the price of what other companies charged for a basic AC + furnace. With tax rebates waiting for me when I file taxes down the road, getting a heat exchanger (Bosch) ended up cheaper than a conventional AC + furnace unit. I also got a quote estimate from Melton by the way, but from the amount they gave me, one would think they didn’t need nor want the job. Rounding this all out is Costless took just 8 hours to install. The work was professional, tidy and clean. And I have pictures to prove it.

This is the best company ever! Have been using them for 3 years for my plumbing & air conditioning and every time, they have amazed me. Many other big name companies out there that I have used in the past mark up the invoices and haggle me like I’m in a car dealership. Each technician from Costless is nice and super knowledgeable with a fix to the issues that I am having at great pricing. Would definitely use them again and recommend anybody else to trust this company!

Bryan did an excellent job on the AC leak and he even got my hot water going again he was the first tech i encountered from this company. My bad I thought your name was Jose.Pablo and Mario were quick and polite. This really is the best company for all your heating ac and plumbing needs. Everyone is 10 out 10 that I've encountered. Today I had the pleasure of meeting David Gonzalez. Not only did he find the problem and put in for my system to be replaced but he did it all on what was originally supposed to be his day off! Just amazing all around I can't say enough great things about every technician . Thank you Elizabeth for using your common sense and skills to answer all my questions and that is the type of customer service other companies need to teach their employees! Today (7/19)Mike and Bryan are working on my A/C unit so far so good to be continued on my final verdict...Of course they were excellent as usual super professional knowledgeable and just all around amazing 10 out of 10 and the best ones I've had so far.

This team is unbelievably efficient and thorough. We had a mysterious leak and flood in the slab of our home. They were relentless in finding and fixing the leak. The owner of the company quarterbacked the project and was on site several times. The 27 years of experience was evident in the equipment, quality of work and customer service. It's like the cavalry showing up in the middle of a crisis. At one point we had ten technicians on site. They don't give up till the job is done. Reasonably priced!

Nate was very quick to respond to my issue, and upfront on pricing. They got someone out to my house within about an hour. Mario came out and made short work of our issue. They were kind, courteous, quick, and effective. I’ll happily use them again.

Kenny is the man! Very knowledgeable, quick and clean work. Very fair rates. My two days of YouTube college was nothing compared to Kenny’s experience and I watched a LOT of plumbing videos and read a ton of Reddit posts. Definitely my go-to plumber from now on.
