Wonderful work! Very professional, timely, fair priced, great communication. A previous person came and started this project and disappeared. Jay stepped in totally last min finished the drywall and made it right. Good man. He’s doing our floors next and likely finishing the whole project. Definitely recommend. (Ignore things in closet-mid move)

Jay did not finish job. Door hung unevenly; after 2 weeks it won't even close. Window frame poor quality; is worse than it was before. Rain gutter down spout came disconnected with first rain. He said he was a contractor and an electrician but twice he nailed/screwed into a live wire. I now have an outlet with no power that worked before he messed it up.

I was impressed that he quickly got done what was asked of him. He was a bit late arriving, but made it up with his kind demeanor and patience while I figured out the app to pay him. He seems like a solid young man. I will likely hire him again in the future. Thank you Jay, it means a lot to have someone who actually understands the mishaps & uniqueness of having a rental property. I highly recommend him. —M

Jay received my call and was at my house quickly and ready to work. He fixed my ceiling fan, even with a 16 ft high ceiling. He did it in a timely manner at a reasonable price.

Jay is our go-to handyman. Great guy, always on time and always gets the job done right the first time. We needed a new sink and he came through and replaced it no problem. highly recommend Jay, especially over these bigger companies that don’t really care if the work is done right or not. Thanks Jay

i contacted Jay in order to get some extensive work done in my home. He came to ascertain what the work would entail and provided an estimate. He was efficient , communicated well and was able to work around my schedule. I certainly recommend for all handy man services.

Jay did a great job installing a new kitchen faucet, two light fixtures, three wall outlets, fixed/replaced our tub/shower faucets and leaky toilets. He is quick, reliable and fair!! We will definitely use him again!! Thanks Jay!!
