This was a very good experience from our initial visit with the troubleshooter who found that it was not a leak in the wall but a failing toilet. To the next day follow up where our tech found that the mounting plate was good allowing for a lower than quoted price and keeping it at the height that I prefer. I am extremely happy with the HVAC system installed at my house recently by Lee's air and plumbing. I chose to purchase a heat pump to replace my conventional HVAC unit. I'm certainly happy with the heat pump system that was installed by a crew led by Alejandro Reyes. At all times during the installation, Alejandro and his crew were very professional, and courteous. He thoroughly explained the operation of my new system, and answered any questions that I had. The quality of Alejandro's work, and attention to detail is very impressive. I highly recommend Lee's plumbing and air conditioning to anyone that needs a HVAC replacement or repair.

Your service tech was excellent. His estimate was outrageous when I give estimates I’ve got a break estimate down, but I understand that parts for plumbers are cheap so it would be hard to justify that price like I told your tech we do underground pipeline work I don’t make even thousand bucks an hourbut you were referred. That’s the only complaint. I have 10 four over and out.

Luis was great to work with. He was prompt and called saying he was on the way. Gave us all the information we needed to make a choice of needed service for our heating unit. Even called his supervisor to take a look at it .

Very good Service from Michael and Andy on replacing my water heater. They were on time and they did a thorough job. I’m a very pleased customer would highly recommend.

He did great job explaining what the problem was and the best way to solve the issue. He also informed us of payment plan if we needed that option, which was very helpful. His install of the new tank less water heater was done in a timely manner. And looks great when completed. And he cleaned everything up like he was never there. Great job all around.

My entire experience was positive. Jose inspected my non-working system (another company) and found several major problems...enough problems that a new system was needed! Jose was so careful to explain the problems in a way I could understand. Once his supervisor came out, the new system was ordered and Jose and the guys came the next day and installed it! He constantly let me know the progress. I am very pleased and won't hesitate to use Lee's again...as long as I get Jose!!

Stay away! Quoted$640 for a shut off valve fix under sink. Yelp search gave me 10 other plumbers quotes without a $49 diagnosis charge.. $100- $300. Job took 10 minutes. Big scam. Read the reviews. After my review customer service did refund my $49 service call charge. They have great customer service with Josue'
