Riley at Mario's Septic Tank Service was very responsive. He came on the day scheduled and was very professional. He was very honest and provided a very fair quote. Since it was my first time emptying the septic tank at this property, he was extremely patient at helping me find the septic and even made additional calls. He definitely exceeded my expectations with his services and I highly recommend him for septic tank needs.

Mario’s Septic came in time and performed. Young owner operator named Riley was a professional gentleman. He got right in, cleared my system, and pumped it down. He stayed and did great detail work cleaning the system for my next timely service. He then gave me good explanations on what I should do to prevent clogs and other issues that could result in emergency pumping. I finalized the work by inviting him to do yearly service in my house. Great value, quality work, timely, and true to his word is rare to get these days. Highly recommend Mario’s septic in fresno, and outer valley area. Veteran approved!!

Had my septic tank pumped by Mario's. They made an effort to get me on the schedule, even though they were busy. I got an appointment for the next day. Riley showed up and in less time than it took for first company I called to get their 5 guys and 4 trucks ready, and explain to me why the quote they gave me went from $500 to $3500, he had the tank located and was digging out the lid. In less than 2 hours he was done, had cleaned up, a gave me the bill, which matched the quote he gave me over the phone. Quick, knowledgeable, and friendly.
