Renaissance referred a Nova journeyman plumber to us for a bathtub handle repair. He came right away, and had all the necessary tools and parts with him. He was very friendly and professional. He did the job quickly and efficiently and made sure that we inspected the work he had done. And the price was SO reasonable. We will be using Nova for all of our plumbing needs in the future! Highly recommend.

Came same day for non-emergency, identified the leak source and fixed it in less than half an hour. Cleaned up the mess, very courteous and professional, cost less than I had planned. Definitely recommend these guys!

Nova service got the call from Renaissance restoration Inc and they were on the way immediately. They cut out dry wall, detected the leak and shut off the cold and hot water immediately. Their response to our emergency was nothing short of amazing and my wife and I are more than thankful for making our huge problem disappear so quickly and efficiently! Professional team! Outstanding service! They even detected a future problem we may have had and fixed it before we had to experience another leak and catastrophe. These men worked in triple digit weather after hours and went far and wide above our expectations! We thank them and highly recommend calling them before anyone else!. I will be calling Nova Plumbing for all our plumbing needs! We had an issue with our shower and toilets backing up, after having the septic tank pumped which we thought would fix the issue, it didn't. We called around and every plumber was a week or two out. Nova was able to get out to us on the same day and was able to determine the cause and fix the problem. Both technicians/plumbers that came out were nice and took the time to explain what they did to fix the issue and how to prevent it in the future. I will be recommending them to everyone.

I was recommended to use Nova from a coworker who knew the company was recently under new management and warned me to ignore the older reviews. I was a little skeptical at first, but I'm glad I took his advice! I've had both Xavier and Alex out at my house and not only were they super fast and professional, but they also had fantastic pricing and Alex took steps to prevent any root damage from reoccurring in the future. My apartment complex had called them to come out and replace the water heater in my unit that had gone out. A few weeks later I had to call again for a clogged pipe. When it rains it pours I guess but the company provided great service and fixed both issues in a timely manner. ALEX was very friendly and professional.
