TERRIBLE!!!! They came out to replace a faucet and the plumber Eric left before the water was turned back on. They caused a huge flood in my kitchen ruining my cabinets, an expensive art piece and causing the tile in my kitchen to lift. All because they didn’t ensure water could properly drain before leaving. Then the manager Abel came to fix it, and while doing so he was seen on my security camera deliberately wiping the bottom of his SHOES on my living room carpets, approximately 12-15 times. ???Absolutely disgusting and unprofessional.

These guys are criminals. They are not professional, if you have AHS, these guys are only ones they will send to you here in Fresno. They are untrustworthy and I would not use their services. They will lye and extort you for more money. Our water heater went out over a month ago and this company is trying to extort us for $450 before they will install. Like I said, criminal. We have been given no formal paperwork or estimates breaking down the cost. He first said it wasa COD charge, only later to say it is for modifications. What modifications? I would like to know before they work on my home, but he wants cash in hand first, extortion.

I have policy with AHS, this company was sent by AHS, they dont want to do job, always trying to deny job. very unprofessional. Waste of money and time. Its scam

Simon came out and was able to find the problem quickly. AHS would not approve going on the roof to clear the line. Their policy not Plumbline Plumbing's. I've had this problem with AHS before. AHS places financial $$ limits and restrictions on what they will cover unbeknownst to us until a contractor is sent out. Don’t blame Plumline. I called Premiere Plumbing and they came out and solved my drain problem. I'm canceling my AHS contract.

I call them because of First American home warranty, recommended them for water heater repair, they never answered their phone or never returned my calls, I would not do business with them or First American home warranty, they are both scams, I had to have my water heater repaired myself , because after 7 days of not having hot I could get any where with neither company. This warranty companies heir sub per contractor to drag out repairs so you get tired of the phone calls any give up. Don't believe the good reviews, they pay people to leave good reviews.

To bad you can't give less than a One Star review. If you are using a home warranty company and they assign you Plumbline, just go ahead and cancel the service request. These guys are a complete joke. They have left us without hot water for 6 days, won't return calls to schedule the appointment for installation and they even hung up on my wife. You KNOW a company is garbage when you go to their supplier (Ferguson Plumbing) and they can correctly guess the company that was supposed to do the repairs when you describe the level of unprofessionalism and incompetence you've been dealing with. It takes a lot to be the Lowest rated plumbing company in the valley, but these guys definitely take first place.

Got assigned to Plumbline Plumbing through American Home Shield. We have a reoccurring problem with roots growing into our main line and needed somebody to come in with a snake and a cutter at the end to be able to cut through the roots to get rid of the blockage (because this is a reoccurring problem we've had this done several times over the years) The guy used the snake and got some resistance and said "oh yeah there's pushback, we can't do anything because then we'll be liable to replace the snake if it gets broken." My mother needed to plug in the cord for the snake machine and it was heavily wrapped in duct tape. So much so that it wouldn't even plug in correctly to the outlet. We then called another local plumber, Low Cost Plumbing Services and they got the job done within 10 minutes with complete ease. Please do not waste your time with this company.

We had contacted American Home Shield and were assigned Plumbline Plumbing. This company only has a recorded message and never returns calls. I would never use them again. We had a water leak under the bathroom sink. It took 5 days for them to get there. We had to turn off the water otherwise we would have had a flood. We turned the water back on in the morning so they could see the leak. The service person comes in and looks under the sink and the cabinet is still pretty dry and says there is no leak and leaves. He just wanted our service payment and never planned to do anything. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - they are a waste of your money.
