Eric arrived on time and work very well to help us with our leaks. This required shutting off the water to 370 units in a multi family house project. He understood the situation and work through lunch to get it done. As a general contractor since 1991 I have hired a million subs, very few have made me feel like leaving a review but I appreciate what Eric did for me enough. PR plumbing has been a breeze to work with. This is the second time we’ve needed their help with an old rental property we recently moved into. Had a main line backing up on a Saturday afternoon and they had someone out within two hours. Eric arrived, scoped the main line, and thankfully found nothing. I told him the tub has been draining at snails pace and he offered to snake it for us since he was already here (found something that time). He was friendly and willing to answer my questions, and he recommend other services to figure out why the line keeps backing up (have to wait for property management). Happy to recommend PR plumbing to anyone in need of a plumber.
