The staff is friendly but both times I've called them to take care of something, both times they were unable to fix it, and both times I've had to call another plumber or contractor to come in and fix it. I wouldn't normally mind but the fact that we were charged $69 and then later $285 for two wrong diagnoses is frustrating. I called them the 2nd time thinking the 1st time must have been a one off, and believing that we would be paying $69 to get another diagnosis. We then got charged for $285 for another diagnosis that was completely wrong. The plumber who came cut out a hole in our drywall, left it as is, and said we needed to get a $30,000 repair. I called a contractor out and it was absolutely not a $30,000 repair. I called to ask about the balance my husband paid and the staff stated that the $285 was for work. They then stated if there was a concern about cost, I should have mentioned it at that moment. If I was there, I definitely would have. I told them no work was done, this was diagnostic only, and they circled back to saying that was the work since that took him an hour. Their solution for my grievance was to have another tech come out, take another look, and have us pay another diagnostic fee. I declined. I understand professionals need to get paid for their services but this very much felt like they were trying to collect money while offering nothing.

I highly recommend Martin for his water heater services. He displayed exceptional professionalism, was extremely pleasant, and efficiently fixed our water heater. What sets him apart is his integrity; he didn't charge us for the work as the issue stemmed from a previous technician's error. Honest and skilled, Martin is a reliable choice.

Updated: Was finally charged for my second service about 3 months after the fact. Never noticed it wasn’t charged when the service was completed and I had given them my card for payment. Definitely not a fan of that. Invoice should of been paid when I gave them my credit care information. After reviewing the first service they did the same thing as well. Have used them twice now and they’ve been great. DJ has been my tech twice and he did great work

Premier Plumbing is my go-to place for plumbing repairs. I always have fantastic and speedy service. My last service call was truly exceptional and worth taking the time to review. Our technician Robert G was wonderful to deal with. Not only was he knowledgeable with all the questions me and my wife had, he quoted us a very fair price. I highly recommend Premier Plumbing to anyone looking for service and repairs.

I paid full price for a simple visit to receive no information or solution for my issue and no repairs. This company came to check my toilet that is not working. The technician said he was not sure what the issue was but MAYBE I should buy another toilet and see if that is the problem. I was charged $69 for the visit, zero work was done, no conclusion or solution was offered. Yet I paid full price for a visit. I would not recommend
