Had to have a Flo by Moen valve installed to make my insurance company happy. Ed was fantastic. Communicated very well with me very professional and knowledgeable. I would be contacting Rapid Rooter for any other plumbing issues I may have in the future.

I called at 7:15pm this Thursday evening for a stuck garbage disposal as I had a planned event the next morning. I originally spoke with Eddie’s wife, who was extremely pleasant over the phone. Just got off the phone with Eddie who was able to help walk me through getting my earring out of the bathroom sink drain. They were extremely helpful and willing to help me do it on my own after expressing I was unsure about being able to pay the minimum fee for the service.
