Had water leaking from a busted water pipe fitting. Simple fix and Henry handled it easily. The best thing though was that Henry responded promptly even though he was quite busy and provided same day service late into the evening. Appreciate his commitment in serving people.

I called and we set up an appointment for him to come out and he was prompt and knowledgeable about what the error code was. He had us going again in less than 45 minutes! Henry came out the same day was professional and friendly fixed my water tank. Was still having an issue and he came back the very next day and found a separate problem, handled that for me and didn’t charge me anything the second day. He is a local family man working hard and building a customer base in our area. I would highly recommend him if you have any plumbing issues. 10 out of 10!!

Used a home warranty and technician was demanding payment of service fee up front. Just like car repair these fees are paid when the job is done. Technician was smug and said ok I will call the home warranty but will not wait around. Then just left. Called me back and was smug again when I explained I have never been asked for payment upfront.

Very poor service. Without attending the service call they try to claim the money. Used a home warranty and technician was demanding payment of service fee without attending the call. I DO NOT recommend this contractor to anyone
