Efficient, friendly, but did not solved the problem. Like most plumbers, overpriced for the 45 minutes spent. My dentist charged me less and spent more time, and guarantees the work.

Darren with Valley Drain is the best! He is timely, honest, and does great work. I have used Valley Drain’s services for drain cleanings & leaking sink pipes, and each issue was resolved & explained. Darren is also great at communicating and provides honest quotes. I would recommend Valley Drain to everyone.

I called for help with a kitchen drain. He said he didn’t have time to come out today, but he was very kind and helpful. He listened to what the problem was and offered a couple suggestions for how to fix it and gave me a number of someone else that I could call if I still needed help. We were able to follow the suggestions and fix the problem. I’m very thankful for his helpfulness!

We had troubles with a clogged kitchen sink and garbage disposal. And, we weren't getting any hot water in the bathtub. Darren responded to our call, showing up in less than an hour and fixing both issues in less than two. We were not only pleased with his success, but pleasantly surprised at a very reasonable charge.
