Used total rooter for the first time two weeks ago and absolutely loved their service. They were supposed to come between the times of 12-4 and showed up earlier than expected, asked questions on what needed to be done and got straight to work and did everything in a timely manner and even came back with what was the issue in one of my carports. Most plumbing services just come out, do the job and leave without explaining to you what happened. They took their time in caring for my building and will continue to use them for any issue I have.

Great local plumbing company. Prices are very reasonable and what’s great about them is they have a lot of their own supplies so customers often don’t have to wait for parts. I’ve worked with them on some of my units for leaks, water heater repair, tankless water heater descaling, and a host of other issues. They usually give a time for eta and are often prompt and will communicate with the customer if there are any delays.
