I have met so many passionate people in a long time. The service of this company is amazing, but the people are even more amazing. Mr Yony Vasquez was friendly and passionate at every moment. I am truly grateful. It was a pleasure to share the little food I had. I am truly grateful.

Just one day before a big party I was hosting, my hot water heater, after 24 years of faithful service, decided to stop working. In a panic, I called Rooter Hero, and they dispatched Ramon within 45 minutes. I was incredibly thankful for the prompt response. Ramon's customer service was top-notch, and it was clear that he was an expert in his field. He quickly and efficiently replaced my hot water heater, saving my party plans. I was impressed by his professionalism and appreciated his sharing that plumbing is "in his blood," as he comes from a family of plumbers. This generational expertise truly showed in his work. I recently had the pleasure of working with Yony at Rooter Hero Plumbing , I’m happy that the company sent him especially our need in changing the arrival time last minute. Yony was punctual , helpful in making sure there weren’t any other plumbing issues in our home and suggested what we needed to have done with our pipe and found the right tools to unclog our drain. He was also thorough, efficient and respectful. Happy with the work he did! Highly recommended!

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by your company. Here are the details: 1. **Significant Delay in Appointment Time** Victor originally scheduled the appointment for 10:30 AM the next day but did not arrive until 2:00 PM, citing that "the camera was on its way." 2. **Unprofessional and Intimidating Behavior** Victor brought along someone who appeared to be a supervisor. This individual’s attitude was highly unprofessional and even intimidating. When I asked whether the issue was related to my store or the plaza, he responded with, “Whoever pays, I’ll deal with them,” which felt more like dealing with a debt collector than a professional technician. 3. **Unreasonable Quotes and Suggestions** After using the camera to inspect the issue, they proposed digging up the entire drainage system and replacing all the pipes, with a quoted cost exceeding $50,000 to $60,000. However, based on the camera footage, the problem didn’t appear to be severe. When I showed them photos from the repair done last September at the same location, for the same issue, costing $1,300, the technician said it was a “waste of money.” This raises doubts about whether your company is overcharging customers. Then, they recommended another option to clean the pipes for $6,200, which also seemed highly unreasonable. 4. **Aggressive and Impatient Attitude** When I told them I needed to consult with my boss, the supervisor became visibly irritated and left angrily with his team. Such behavior is completely unacceptable. Your company should reassess the professionalism and attitude of its staff. If this kind of service is considered normal, it severely undermines industry standards and customer trust. I strongly suggest you investigate this incident and provide proper training for the staff involved, or it will further damage your company’s reputation.

We called rooter hero to come out & fix our toilet. They had a technician come out within an hr & 1/2 to fix it. Leo DeLeon was terrific. He was kind, informative, & very professional. I would use this company to do any of my plumbing problems!
