Michael was patient, thorough, and extremely pleasant. He fixed the problem with the heater and took the time to explain what had happened. He also took time to kindly listen to my 92 year old mother tell him stories about her house. Moe's is great and Michael is amazing!

Alex Donis had to replace a toilet in a 100 years old house. He had to do many adjustment's to make things work and he did them in a professional, courteous and pleasant manner.

Eric Garcia came out and diagnosed my heating problem from different angles. Seems like a new air filter is all that was needed at that moment, but a motor replacement may be necessary in the future. Appreciate his quick diagnosis and friendly service, and the fact that he wasn’t trying to do a hard upsell on the spot. Will probably have to buy that new motor, though. I’ve dealt with numerous HVAC technicians over the years, and Eric stood apart from the rest. Highly recommended!!
