My story starts off with being a realtor. This particular home had a leak from the top floor. The water was seeping to the ceiling of the 2nd floor. We weren't able to gauge the problem so the tenant of the property reached out and explained the situation. After speaking to the landlord, I began the search for a dependable, honest and experienced plumber. The search began early in the day and before speaking to Mick from Right Price Rooter & Plumbing, I experienced a lot of uncertainty and no strong reasoning behind the issue. Finally connected with Mick and he was able to punctually have his team come by and address the situation. His team quickly was able to find that the cause of the leak was not piping related and was able to assist us. Very professional, I definitely have him and his team saved on my contacts for future plumbing needs.

We had an amazing experience with Pablo and his team. They were very responsive and got started right away to accommodate our tight timeline. They provided photos throughout the process so we could understand what was going on under the house and what was being done. They took care of a few unforeseen fixes beyond the original scope of work and still stuck to their original estimate. They even brought in another crew to retile parts of our shower! We will recommend them to friends and will use them again.

Mick was able to send out Giovanni, Andy & Dominic to come on Thanksgiving and replace a tenants gas line after their gas had been shut off by the City. We are a property management company and I have to say that we will use Right Price Rooter & Plumbing again for their professionalism, hard work and responsiveness. If you’re looking for a reliable and honesty company, these guys are great and we are very grateful!

I can not recommend these guys enough. Three weeks ago we discovered a leak in our new house that we assumed would be a simple fix and it turned out to be a much bigger issue. Mick was very upfront with us about expectations and gave us some great advice when dealing with the home warranty. He was very communicative and his crew was incredible! Fabian and the rest of the crew were very respectful especially in this crazy time of COVID-19 while working quickly and efficiently. The quality of the work was impeccable! They had to dig out part of our side garden, front lawn and the drive and this crew put it back they way they found it. This also included some brick work. In fact the brick work looked better and more even than it did before. This company is trustworthy and honest. No matter the problem these guys can handle it!

Mick and his team jumped in and gave us a reasonable price. The work from another company was started and they discovered that another phase of gas line work was necessary. The other company was crazy expensive , i definitely felt a bit powerless - you’re worried about your building and tenants right? So you do whatever you need to to get the work done. Mick was responsive and got to work right away. It took a few days longer than expected, but I expect that from contractors. Just something you need to build in. I love that they are a family owned multi generational company , and I definitely recommend considering them for your next project.

Mick has had my back from my first phone call to him in April on a mysterious leak inside my first floor apartment of an older multi story building in LA. The HOA was slow to respond in hiring a plumber of their own to perform a diagnosis when I called on Mick's help.. When the leak happened the second time, several months later, Mick was responsive and flexible, fitting me in into his busy schedule. He spoke to me several times explaining what appeared to be going on from his perspective experience with such issues. He was upfront about the snaking of lines to be a temporary solution which needed further work up by the HOA. Almost felt like I had a brother who happens to be a plumber. "Mick" It's just unbelievable I got multiple estimates up to 4 of them with various professional companies not only did he come in at the lowest, but WOW he passed all my expectations hands down. His crew came to the job with face masks and shoe covers and treated our home as if it was theirs... I did all of my water system to copper all of my drains replaced under the house all the way to the street. Throughout the entire job Mick and one of his assistant Dominick were very communicative they worked threw the weekend had different crew members lined up for the weekend . This company did not skip a beat at all whatsoever. I hate it when contractors start a job and go to other jobs not with this guy here he stuck to the job and finished he did not take one single penny and told me I will only collect when the job is 100% done to your satisfaction (who does that) If you are able to find him don't waste your time with anybody else just meet the guy and you will know exactly what I'm talking about very knowledgeable has been in the business for a long time !! Best contractor experience I have ever had.
