Tony and his colleague Gavin arrived punctually in Glendale, and wasted no time in initiating the hydro-jetting procedure. I had Tony come out to repair our bathtub faucet. A piece had broken off inside, which meant we couldn’t shut off the water. We ended up turning off the water supply to the whole house. The next morning, we called and left a message. To our surprise, we got a call back within 10 minutes of opening, and someone was at our place in just 2 hours. My first impression was that they were very professional, informative, and polite. Later that evening, when we tried to use the shower, we found that the hot and cold water were mixed up. I called again, and they returned quickly to take a look. Tony explained that the original installer had put the part in upside down when the house was built, which caused the mix-up. He fixed the issue from the previous repair and showed me the upside-down part. Plus, he didn’t charge us for this service. We are extremely happy with the plumbing services we received and will definitely call them again. Highly recommend them!

It was such a relief not to need an emergency house call for what I initially thought was a major issue, but turned out to be a minor one after discussing it with him. This is the kind of stellar customer service that earns lifetime customers! For the expected service, Tony did an excellent job installing a whole house water filter system. He patiently explained how the system works and the reasoning behind his methods during the installation process. I couldn't be happier with the end result. He assured us that a plumber could be dispatched by 9am for an estimate. We sent him details and pictures through text and got a quote for a new heater's installation within a few minutes. Around 8:30am, I informed him we were ready to proceed. Nicolas was very prompt in his response and confirmed a plumber would be there at 10am with a new heater. I received a text confirmation, including the name and picture of the plumber, followed by another text to inform me that Nicolas was on his way. Upon arriving earlier than expected, Nicolas began to remove the old tank in a very professional manner. He advised us on how to clean up the damage. We also noticed a potential leak due to a water stain on the ceiling and asked for an estimate/possible repair. Nicolas was more than willing to help. He checked the shower drain, identified it as the source of the leak, and was able to fix it once we agreed to cut the drywall. By 11am, all repairs were done.
