Albert Nahman Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling - Hayward

We hired Albert Nahman to replace an old pedestal sink in our bathroom. The team was prompt and courteous. I appreciated the help Jared providing in sourcing a new vanity & faucet and Nick did a great job on install day (was efficient & left bathroom is perfect shape). Will definitely consider the team again for future plumbing work.

This is the difference between dealing with professionals and others. Albert Nahman plumbing sent out a professional to our house to understand the problem. He called me and had enough detail to walk me through the technical aspects of the problem and further followup actions. He was superb! The staff that took my call followed up and took care of everything without me having to call them back. The billing is done online and through email with all documents signed for my me. I was surprised to find a pool of water under my sink and it was late in the day to try to find help. I sent a message to Albert Nahman Plumbing and got a quick response and they were able to send someone out the next morning in the time frame that I wanted. The service man was prompt and quickly replaced my leaking garbage disposal. It was all very efficient and a relief to me to get it taken care of so quickly and professionally!

My experience with the Albert Nahman group has been very good, and I recommend them without reservation. They were not the first Heating group that I contacted when my furnace quit. —when their representative came out, I was impressed with his understanding of my old furnace, a monstrous antique called the octopus. Circa 1920s. I thought maybe it could be fixed. Absolutely not and when this was explained thoroughly, I realized I had to get a new furnace. So then the owner of the company came to check out the situation, to take a look at the job.-/very Instilling of confidence and professional and congenial. . So there was no question that I would rely on the expertise of these people to make sure that the job was done right. It was necessary to do asbestos removal and so on. The furnace had to be cut up and carried out, and the crew that set up the new furnace were great, cleaned up everything and helped me use the thermostat, I always had callbacks quickly— this is a great group. I salute these people for helping me get this problem solved. I went on to have them install a small heater in a subsidiary building.Thank you Art, Ricardo, and everybody on this job, outstanding hard workers.

Not only was the estimate the best price but it was the most detailed and incorporated the most efficient and highly rated system by Consumer' reports. Tom Yip our “Comfort Advisor” who prepared the proposal was careful to explain features and benefits in a credible manner that was very assuring of his firm’s competence. The technicians installing the equipment were very professional and kept us fully informed throughout the process, and finished in exactly the time promised. I have already recommended Albert Nahman to friends and neighbors.

Albert Nahnam came through for me in a last minute situation. After being quoted $12,500 for an Amanda (lesser brand). I found ANP at 3pm, 4:30 Richardo their salesman looking at my old furnace. Giving me a quote $6850 for a Lennox (Top brand). Sold!! Installed the next day. BTW the installation crew, professionals. And for the assholes who tried to play me a possible customer, when I see PCS went out of bidness I'll understand why. Thank you ANP and Associates. Customer 4 life.
