We needed a new water heater for a 4 unit apt complex. Initially I was thinking to buy a replacement from home depot and have them do the labor but they had very good expertise and pointed out that we needed a commercial water heater and not a residential one. So onsite, once they determined we needed a new water heater, they called a local company whci plumbing supply company to see if they had a replacement in stock. So the way it works is we bought the new water heater directly from the plumbing supply company over the phone. Then separately we pay excalibur rooter and plumbing for the labor which included water heater pickup, install, and disposal of the old water heater. I forgot to mention I was also able to get a next day appointment and it was a nice relief to be able to get everything fixed in a day. I would recommend them and use them again in the future if needed.

We hired Luis a couple months ago to replace all of the old galvanized pipes in our house with copper. I cannot recommend him highly enough! When we contacted him, Luis and his team came out right away to give us an estimate. He is very friendly, he is responsive to calls or texts, and he shows up when he promises. Most importantly though, the work he does is excellent and his price is more than fair for the quality of work he does. Luis and his team re-piped our entire house in one day. He also came back the next day to fix a few minor problems with our old house that he discovered while doing the main job. We are relieved to have found a reliable plumber and look forward to hiring him again in the future.

We called Luis when our new home's toilet was leaking from the bottom. Within 15 minutes he was at our doorstep investigating the problem. Luis and his partner were extremely friendly and knowledgable. They quickly found the cause of the problem (pipe clog) and worked hard to resolve it. It definitely was a tough job, but they were in and out in a couple hours. How 3 pine cones ended up in our lines? No clue.. We are SO thankful for Excalibur. They fixed the problem fast and we'd hire them again.

Luis at Excalibur is a great local plumber. We originally hired Luis for the installation of a shower. He was prompt, on time, professional, and quick to respond to texts. Since the original experience, we've hired Luis for additional plumbing work: replacing wax toilet rings, fixing small leaks, and snaking clogged drains. He's turned the business into a family affair and his son and daughter are currently working as apprentices. I cannot recommend Luis enough. Prices are fair and reasonable.
