Jeff and John from OnRWay Plumbing are hands down the best and most honest plumbers in the area. They’ve consistently come through for us with their expertise and integrity. A while back, we had a leaking toilet. Another plumber quoted us thousands of dollars to replace all five toilets in our home, suggesting we switch to "eco-flush" tanks. Unsure about the recommendation, we called OnRWay Plumbing for a second opinion. Jeff and John quickly identified the real issue: corroded bolts on the leaking toilet’s tank, a common problem with infrequently used toilets. They replaced the bolts, and the toilet has worked perfectly ever since. As for the eco-flush suggestion, they recommended a simple, affordable mechanism that achieves the same result by allowing two smaller flushes from one tank instead of one large flush—saving water without replacing the toilets.
