They did an amazing job. We needed new pipes all throughout the house and we needed new sewage lines. They were quick and efficient. The price was great and all the workers were nice and respectful. We recommend them and they will always be the plumbers we call now. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could.

Of course, my toilet decided to clog up on a Sunday morning! And despite many plumbers being listed as operating 24 hours, ONLY Star Rooter answered my call, and within 2 hours they had unclogged my line! A side-blessing in the clog was a leak detected due to pressure build up; Alex gave me a reasonable estimate, and his crew returned two days later to take care of THAT problem. New ABS piping under my house might not seem ‘sexy’, but the peace of mind that comes with quality work at a fair price—- you can’t beat that. Thanks, Alex and Star Rooter!

Alex and his crew did an excellent job for a sewer lateral replacement that was completed within a day. He was informative and communicative with keeping me updated throughout the day. Pricing was also excellent vs. other competitors. I would consult them again for future plumbing needs.

Great experience with this company. Very professional and courteous and Josh couldn't have been more helpful. When my water heater went out, I called on a Thursday evening trying to make an appointment for Friday, but they came out right away - that night and replaced my water heater! Very impressive. Always on time and just good work ethics from this company. I highly recommend them!

If I'm able to give more stars than 5. I would. Alex and his crew were amazing from start to finish. Very professional and knowledgeable. He came out to look at the clogged pipe even though it was raining. He pulled the permits and came back in a week to dig out the old pipe and installed a new one. The job was done in one day! I would recommend him to anyone who needs their main line to the streets done!

Needed a lateral sewer line replaced, Fred and his team finished the job quickly as I was on a time crunch. Few weeks later, I had a clog and Fred personally came and resolved the issue within a few hours. His prices are super reasonable, efficient and excellent work, I will definitely call Star Rooter for all of my plumbing needs.

I called Star Rooter because of my plumbing backing up. Julio Called me back immediately and showed up that same day. It turned out I needed all new drain system. Julio gave me great pricing, and assured me that the job could be done in a day. A couple days later Julio and his crew came out and actually did complete the job in one day. I had a broken toilet and Fred was able to get some guys down to my house in the same day on a late night. I was shocked how quick his guys came, and how quick they got the work done. And , I was so happy that they were able to accommodate a special request on using a specific toilet based on a request for my disabled grandfather. I may request to get more work done in the future.
