Fareed quickly responded to my inquiry online to replace 4 faucets (18yrs old) and 2 toilets. We exchanged text messages with pictures and where to buy the material. He was able to get the fixture and toilets I wanted. It was nice of him to do most of the work. We schedule a time. He was efficient even thought he was faced with challenges he cleaned up after himself…a bonus for me! Based on google reviews I called wave plumbing to fix an issue with a bath faucet. Fareed answered our call and came to look at it. He was thorough and diagnosed the problem and said it needs cartridge replacement. I hired him to do the job. He was very professional and a perfectionist. While fixing it he found the shutoff valve was not working properly. He explained to me why that is important to fix, and I asked him to fix that as well. The work turned out to be more than he expected, but he was very patient and took his time to fix it with care and precision. I am glad that I hired him.
