Alex came out on time to provide a written quote. He was very professional and answered all of my questions. It quickly became apparent to me that Alex is a professional so I hired him to install my new water heater. I purchased a Rheem water heater from Home Depot. Alex picked up the water heater and the required parts and arrived on time to install the water heater and haul the old one away. Fair price and excellent service provided. I'll be using him for my future plumbing needs.

I needed to replace the valve in my shower. Alex was very professional, knowledgeable, and most importantly, honest and trustworthy. He and his coworker, Mike, had to cut out a bunch of tiles. They did a great job being careful so that I could reuse the tiles to patch the wall again. My shower is good as new thanks to them. I would recommend Alex and Mike to anyone.
