Richard is fantastic! He really went the extra mile to get our water heater repaired quickly. When the first part he installed didn’t completely solve the issue—since it’s an older model—it needed a second part. He drove all the way back to the shop to pick it up and then returned to our home (over 45 minutes each way) to ensure everything was fixed properly. I should mention it was late in the evening when he left to get that second part, but he understood how much we needed hot water and made it a priority. Also, the person I spoke with on the phone was wonderful. She was so friendly and easy to communicate with. I can’t express enough how great everyone was during this experience with Martin Brothers HVAC & Plumbing.

Fast, affordable, responsive, and cleanly, the repair of my shower cartridge and a leaky faucet was such a positive experience that we plan on hiring for our upcoming bathroom renovation. Our shower knob had started leaking from both the front and back. Another plumber, who was fully booked, recommended this service, and we are so thankful for that! The plumber was pleasant to talk to and explained everything clearly. I had sent a picture beforehand, so he arrived prepared and finished the job quickly. As an added bonus, he didn't carry that cigarette smell that many plumbers do. As someone allergic to cigarettes, that made working with him so much easier. He was also happy to fit me in for this small job—not every plumber is willing to take on something minor. Plus, it ended up costing less than the last time we had the cartridge replaced! I’ll gladly recommend him to anyone needing plumbing repairs.

I highly recommend Martin Brothers HVAC & Plumbing and their team! We experienced a mainline blockage that caused our toilet and shower to overflow. Initially, we had another plumbing service come out, but they charged a lot and didn’t fix the issue. We even had our septic system checked, thinking that might be the cause. we called a plumbing service one evening when we noticed water all over our kitchen floor, which was coming from under the sink. after leaving a message, we received a quick callback. the technician mentioned that our old garbage disposal, which had served us well for over 20 years, likely needed replacement. he recommended a new unit for us to purchase and scheduled an appointment for a couple of days later. the technician arrived early, laid down a drop cloth to keep our floors clean since it was raining, and efficiently installed the new disposal. while cleaning out the trap, he faced some challenges but ended up installing a new trap at no extra hassle. his pricing was very fair, and he worked in a tidy manner, leaving no mess behind. we highly recommend his services. he is trustworthy and does excellent work. we will surely call him again for our next plumbing needs.

Miguel and Harold addressed several plumbing issues in my home. They fixed my garbage disposal in just a few minutes. I was particularly impressed with how they handled an outdoor leak, which involved a broken PVC pipe at a joint under the sidewalk. Normally, such a repair would mean tearing up the sidewalk, but I asked Miguel and Harold if they could do it without removing the sidewalk. They immediately agreed and carefully dug 1.5 feet beneath the sidewalk to complete the repair. I am very pleased and grateful for their friendly and accommodating response to my request. I highly recommend their plumbing services.

We reached out for a sink repair, and a plumber came over the next day to handle the problem. While he was here, my wife pointed out another issue with the garbage disposal that I hadn’t fixed yet. He quickly went to the local hardware store, picked up the right part, and took care of it. Throughout the whole process, he was cheerful, friendly, and very professional. In fact, his pricing was so reasonable that my wife decided to give him an extra tip. Our experience was fantastic, and we couldn’t be more pleased. Dealing with my fifth slab leak in a span of six years had me fed up, leading me to decide to redo the plumbing overhead and eliminate the slab. I contacted several plumbers for price estimates and was taken aback by the high costs for my 1600 sqft residence in Irvine. They also informed me that it would take them four days to finish the job. However, after speaking with Calvin over the phone, he provided an estimate that was a third of what other plumbers were asking. I was skeptical but decided to schedule them for the following day. Calvin and Robert arrived and took care of EVERYTHING. They successfully rerouted new pipes to each fixture, insulated the pipes, and even installed a new line for my refrigerator! Remarkably, they managed to complete everything in just ONE day, sticking to the estimated price!! I'm thoroughly impressed with their quality of work and excellent customer service. I'll undoubtedly be hiring them again for any future plumbing requirements.
