Had an issue with Mixet cartridge and decided to convert to Moen. Plumber Layon was punctual, clean, professional and thorough in his work. He also cleaned up afterwards. I could tell he was a professional plumber--well trained. Two thumbs way up👍👍. **Side note: It is a bit pricey but as they say, " You get what you pay for..." and I got the best👌

As a homeowner, it’s nerve wracking to have plumbing issues pop up out of the blue. To have to search for a plumber adds onto the stress because you don’t know who you can trust and whether they’ll be fair in pricing. I had heard of Pristine Plumbing because I’d seen their trucks in my neighborhood. Turns out that they have amazing reviews as well. I took a leap of faith and called them. My call was picked up immediately. I took that as a positive sign right off the bat. The lady on the phone was clear and transparent with her communication. I appreciated that. I knew what to expect for next steps. Within an hour or so, I received a text letting me know the name and photo of the plumber (Andy Chavez) who would be coming to help me out. I was able to see where he was on the map and his ETA. Loved that! Andy and Kevin were professional, efficient, and thorough. Andy was patient in answering all my questions.
