I have used Sam for numerous jobs over the years. He has replaced AC unit, faucets, toilets, electrical outlets, fixed drywall, replaced water heater, fixed garage door opener & many more things for me. He is always professional, sincere & honest. I highly recommend him!

I called Sam to get an estimate to paint my house. Sam was so nice and professional. He came over to my house that day and I had the proposal the following day. His pricing was so reasonable we agreed to the proposal and he got the job done in 2 days. We asked him to also change the faucet in the downstairs bathroom. He updated our proposal and went to buy supply’s to get it done for us right away. I really appreciated his honestly and transparency. He even showed us how much he bought the faucet for and only charged for labor. I will definitely be contacting him in the future and have recommended him to our friends and family. Sam did an awesome job done for replacing kitchen sink and fixing leaking toilet. . I called a couple different plumbers to fix the toilet before Sam. They fixed it but it started leaking again. Sam diagnosed what the exact problem was (which wasn’t easy job) and fixed the toilet. He is very professional and responsible and knows what he is doing! I highly recommend him!

I hired Sam to install a front door. My house is old and has uneven flooring. Sam was able to install the door so it would open properly and closed the door gap so the lizards don’t come in. He was very professional and is a good, compassionate person. It wasn’t an easy job, but they got it done without complaint. I’m hiring him again to install a sliding glass door, and will hire him for whatever I need next. I feel very lucky to have found such a great, honest person to help make my home beautiful.
