Simpex Repipe & Plumbing

Simpex is one of the finest companies we’ve dealt with. This week Simpex handled the repiping of our home. Two crews came in on different days; they were hardworking, very focused on doing a good job and getting it done in a timely manner. We were so impressed by their skill level and their work ethic, and they left things in good order. The communication was excellent: scheduling the meeting with the estimator was quick as well as scheduling the job. Every communication with the office staff was easy, efficient, and when we called with a few questions, they were welcoming and found out the information we needed. There was no bait and switch with the price or added fees ... very honest ... a company with integrity which is hard to find these days. We give them the highest rating and recommendation.

I had the Simpex team replace the water line on a four-unit apartment building. While such a big job is always daunting, I was extremely happy with the Simpex team. Dante came out and gave me a competitive bid; he explained the scope and timeline of the work in a way I could understand. The team was able to schedule quickly, and was extremely communicative throughout the process. I received helpful updates from Phu, who also helped me coordinate with the city for a permit. Hector led the on-site work. The team also patches up the walls after construction, which saved me the headache of finding someone to do that and receiving multiple bids. Hands-down the best plumbing experience I've ever had. I highly recommend Simpex, and will be using them for future plumbing endeavors. Joseph, Phu, Hector, and Dante - thank you! I had my drain pipe replaced with an ABS pipe. Joel did exceptional job. He took the time to explain to me and left no mess afterwards. He put plastic sheets on open holes and tested it out thoroughly. Very nice person to work with and very reasonable rates. I recommend him without reservation.

We had a great experience with using Simpex to repipe our entire house from demo to repairing the drywall. We also added a new water heater and some bathroom fixtures. All work was done within 2 days with an expert crew. Their pricing was fair and less expensive than the other quotes we received. We could not be happier with the service, especially the communication from the owner and the crew such as Oscar and Joel Garcia who spent time talking to us and answering our questions. The crew was always on time and professional. We also had a problem with our gas line going to our BBQ in the backyard, and Joel fixed the problem that no one was able to do. I would definitely rehire them for any future plumbing needs.

I am really glad we chose SIMPEX for our re-pipe in July 2022. Four months later and I am still a very happy customer. I have no regrets! The value and service is excellent. The company is very professional and offers a great warranty. They were willing to get permits and the city inspector said that Simpex did above and beyond what was required in the re-pipe process. The whole re-pipe was done in one day and the next day the drywall and patching was completed. I had very little time without water. This is a huge plus when you are doing a re-pipe. Dante, the sales rep, came to our home on time and offered us many options. I had a lot of questions regarding keeping our fairly new water heater vs. purchasing a tankless and whether we should get a recirculation pump to get hot water faster. Dante answered everything thoroughly and professionally. He was not trying to upsell me, instead he gave me honest advice and I chose to do the whole house repipe with the Uponor Pex and a Halo water filtration system, and change three shower valves in my bathrooms, while keeping my almost new water heater. This was just right for my family and my home. The pipes are so quiet now. I have excellent water pressure. The hot water is hot right away. (I didn't go with the recirculation pump, Dante was right, we didn't need it). The Halo water filtration system is excellent. We now have clean drinking and washing water with a significant reduction in scale and it is maintenance free. As you can see, I am a detailed person, I did my research and interviewed several local plumbers and asked neighbors who had re-piped. I got several quotes, all were much higher priced than Simpex and the other companies were unable to complete the job in one day. Tanya, in the office, was always pleasant and helpful with scheduling and pricing. At one point I even spoke with the owner, Brian who answered all my questions regarding my shower valves and risers thoroughly. Lastly, Joseph helped us finalize all the details and we didn't pay until we were completely satisfied. If you are looking to re-pipe with a hassle free experience. This is a excellent company to work with.

Jaime and the team and Simpex are complete professionals with a vast knowledge of all things plumbing. They are very organized, trained and efficient when it comes to scheduling appts, at home visits for evaluations and doing the actual work. The communication is top notch and you always know what is going on. They have a great system for estimates and approvals, Simpex makes sure to check all the boxes throughout the entire process. I’m very pleased with the work that I received, it was done in the time frame that was quoted, I received a thorough recap of the work with photos, and was walked through each step (why things needed to be done and how they were going to fix). Not to mention, I had a concern on Saturday (after job was done on Thursday) and called Jaime, he did some troubleshooting over the phone and then offered to come out and check out the problem (which he solved and fixed - not a Simpex mistake). They also have very competitive and fair pricing. I would 100% recommend Simpex and without a doubt would call them again if any plumbing problems came up.

Nov '23: I was referred to Simpex by At-House after inquiring about getting our water main moved into our garage for our water softening system. We ended up doing a full whole-house repipe through Simpex. Everything went smoothly and we had a great experience working with them. May '24: We discovered a leak within our wall behind our water softening system. We called Simpex and after confirming the leak, Simpex honored their warranty, fixing the leak and patching the wall back up. I had the pleasure of working with Joel, Joseph, and Kenny. I highly recommend Simpex!
