Great service for a fair price! Bryce was very helpful. He even ran a camera into the drain to show me the clog for no extra charge. He cleaned the clog and made sure everything was in working order and then made sure the area was clean before he left. I will definitely be using them again and would definitely recommend them!

Needed some drain clearing work done on our family business kitchen sink. Was quoted very high costs from a few companies. Some others out there wanted $90 just to come estimate the work. I was trying to get something done today. This was not an emergency, but was getting quoted emergency prices. I then was reached out to by Nick, the owner of VIP Services. He told me to call the office and that they had availability this afternoon. After calling, I was told that there was no availability until after the weekend, so I declined the service. I messaged Nick back to thank him, and told him that I was told there was no availability. Nick did not let that get in the way of helping us out. He told me to give him my details, and that he would have someone there ASAP. Within minutes, I was texted by his employee, Tristan and that he was on his way. Both him and his partner George showed up within the hour, assessed our issue, gave a fair quote and got to work. Job was handled quickly and professionally. VIP is exactly how this company made my family company feel. We are contractors, and know what it means to be punctual, dependable and fair. Nick and his company, VIP Services, are the only company you should call for your plumbing needs. They have a lot of 5-star reviews for good reasons, and I had no problem adding to their strong reputation. Nick is running his business at a very high level, and it shows.

VIP Sewer and Drain Services truly provide VIP service. Jesus and his partner were very prompt and professional, evaluated our plumbing issue, and identified the most appropriate resolution. As they conducted their work they explained what they were doing and showed me what was causing our drainage problem using their high-tech camera system. They quickly fixed our drainage problem and had us up and going in a little more than an hour! Thank you for providing such respectful, informative, and professional service!

Bryce did a super job installing the replacement faucet set and toilet this morning! He was professional and most helpful with advice on the best fit and quality for our needs. My bathroom looks new again! I trust VIP for such installations and cleaning out the sewer line on previous clogs!

Woke up to a terrible smell in the house to find out that the water/sewage was bubbling up from a drain in the garage. Called VIP at 8:30 in the morning and they had a guy out by 10:00 the same morning. Quickly ran a camera down the pipe and found a root ball blocking the sewer line. Took less than an hour and the they had the line cleared. Professional, clean, and very cost honest pricing. Will definitely use them again if needed.

The technician was very nice and appeared to be give the impression he knew what he was doing. He only had a water pressure drain clearing device. And wasn't able to clear any of our Area Drains. But still charged me the full amount. I called another plumbing service company, they used another type of drain clearing device and was able to clear one of our drains to the street and charged me half as much as VIP.

Arrived, cleared drain, and departed even before estimated arrival time. Knowledgable tech, made sure my tile was protected, and showed me what he cleared out. Price was as I guessed. So fast they didn't get a chance to call ahead to give me a cost estimate. Will use again.

VIP was extremely quick with their responses and smooth with their scheduling. Tyler arrived at our front door within an hour to check out the issue we were having with our two toilets with constantly running water in the tanks. Thankfully it turned out to be a simple fix, and within 10-15 minutes, everything was solved. Tyler was very informative and honest as he explained to us the mechanics behind the issue, and we were not charged for the diagnosis. I also appreciate that he wore shoe covers in the house (: It's a huge relief to me because that running water sound has been driving me crazy at home for months now and I was stressing out because I had never reached out to a plumber myself before. I really should've contacted them sooner and will reach out to them if I need service in the future! Thank you, VIP!
