We had a late night, holiday emergency with our 7 year old water heater. Carlos texted me right back, had all the answers , and a plan figured out right away. We are about 15 miles away from him but that was no issue. Would recommend 100 times. We even had a slight malfunction in the NEW water heater which was a computer chip / cpu issue ( not his fault at all ) and his team came out super fast and new exactly how to fix this. I’ve posted before but wanted to update. I kept smelling a terrible smell, mold or sewage. I texted Carlos to ask if he could check out the smell the next day. Fifteen minutes later, Carlos and Juan showed up, were under the house and discovered a large leak and two smaller ones. I saw the leaking pipes on their cameras. Stayed to repair at 8:30 pm. I’ve referred to others who have been very satisfied with this service. Highly recommend.

I called Carlos on a Monday to see if he could do a main sewer line camera inspection for a house I am looking into buying. He was very professional and willing to accommodate us on short notice and was able to come out today and do it. Carlos and his assistant Oscar were very helpful and friendly from the get go. They were very knowledgeable and explained to us in great detail what they had found. They got in and got the job done quickly and did not try to up sell us on anything that they had found and only gave us an estimate on the important issues we had asked them to look at. I am glad that I had decided to go with Carlos and SoCal Plumbing. I will definitely be giving them my business from now on!

Carlos is the only plumber I use for my house in Long Beach. He is very responsive and his prices are the best I have found in the area. I would recommend to anyone looking for a plumber.
