He has replaced my gas line for my fire pit, replaced my water heater with a tankless and more recently replaced my garbage disposal. Quick responses and doesn’t try to nickel and dime you to death like a lot of plumbers. Highly recommend

Honestly, finding a great, honest plumber is really hard. With Allen, from Absolute Best Service Plumbing, I didn't have that problem. His pricing is competitive, his service is the absolute best. It's not just a name, it's legitimate. Him and his dad were amazing. They answered all of my questions, were super nice and courteous which is surprisingly hard to find in this industry, call around and you'll find out how rude plumbers can be. Allen was the opposite. Super approachable, easy to talk to, and he explains what he's doing without losing you in jargon or overcomplication. I gave them five stars because of everything above. We did a complete repipe on our plumbing and he started on Monday and finished on Wednesday. He communicated with us the whole time each step and what to expect. We knew when the water would be cut off and we knew how much to expect to pay. No hidden charges and no gotchas. I really liked how they cut even on the drywall, because we've had plumbers before who just sliced and diced the wall and it was super uneven which costed us more to repair later. I really appreciated his professionalism, and his great customer service. He is the absolute best service plumber in Lancaster and Palmdale.

Allan, owner of Absolute Best Service Plumbing is great! He does all the work himself, very courteous, respectful and clean. He did a full repipe of our home after we started bathroom remodels and was very conscious of trying to keep the holes in the walls/ceilings etc., to a minimum...which is very much appreciated. He also took care of the installation and plumbing of a new bathtub in the primary bathroom - all very professional. I will continue to use Allan as our plumber as well as recommend him to everyone!

Mr. Alan saved the day! My water heater began leaking and shooting water last night. My homeowners insurance was unable to come for service right away. I found Absolute Best Service Plumbing online through a quick Google search. After contacting Alan, he arrived within 30 minutes. He is professional, has fast service, friendly, and completed accurate work with the best quality. Not only did he fix the water heater leak, he also brought my heater up to code and moved it to the accurate position and upgraded to better quality hoses. Alan is knowledgeable and has reasonable pricing. I plan to use Absolute Best Service in the future for all my plumbing, sink, and water heater related needs. Alan is a wonderful worker all tasks were accomplished in a profession and timely manner; When finished he clean the area and removed all trash. Would not hesitated in calling him back on a new service. Jim ames 10/13/24
