Ruben did a fantastic job. He did a thorough inspection and service. He even explained it to me. In the current times where you find so many dishonest technicians who will rip you off whenever they can, Ruben is an exception. He is very honest. I would recommend this company for anyone looking to get their A/C serviced.

Had no heat called this place was able to get a technician 3hrs later. Good communication, email and text updates who's coming. Liz did the troubleshooting and she found our high efficiency system water condescent water bottle was fully plugged up with goo causing it to shut down constantly. Did a get job finding the issue, very professional, gave us a good breakdown briefing of the issue, cleaned it out and showed us pictures, and did a good though all system checkup. She put down a mat outside and wore boot covers and was very clean. No complaints. Great job!

The technician arrived 2 hours after I called on a Saturday. Impressive. Casey provided the most thorough inspection of my heating unit that I've experienced. He took photos and explained each step. Very comforting. Highly recommend.

Our heater stopped working so we called All Heart. They showed up within 2 hours of the call. The technicians name was Rueben and he was first class. Very courteous and professional. He had us back up and running in no time. Did a complete service and the fees were exactly as quoted with no upsetting. I would very highly recommend All Heart.

We had a severe drain blockage through out the home. I called All Heart Heating, Cooling & Plumbing, and the office gave me a time frame for the next day. The technician Edgar arrived and quickly diagnosed the drain blockage with a camera running inside the main drain pipe. He explained what were the repairs required to correct the drain blockage, and he answered all my questions. The drainage issue was fixed, and it's all well now. Edgar and his two associates are very expert and knowledgeable. Thank you guys.

I received excellent service from the technician Ruben Ornelas. He trouble shooted the issue with my furnace and performed a professional maintenance of my system. He explained everything in detail and showed me photos, I am excited to work with All Heart Heating And Cooling in the future.

This family business hired. An employee named Ryan was sent to Tehachapi on a job on December 20th, 2024, and decided to get off the freeway to get gas. Unfortunately, gently through his ignorance, he decided to cut across 3 lanes of traffic. In order to get to the gas station in front of which was AMP m.In rosamond. Needless to say , this action created a blind spot, which he was unable to see me as he crashed into my vehicle. As expected, the owner does not want this to go onto his insurance... Sends me to Palmdale where "knows a guy." But doesn't follow to make sure we even get there. It has now been over 3 weeks as I 6 this review, and there haven't been any phone calls, No attempts to contact us, and my phone calls have gone unanswered. The other two people in the car during this car accident have made calls at their own discretions, and they have not been answered. I'm just curious why you would ask not to call the police and go this route...you can fix my vehicle Like you said you would, at the AM/PM when you pulled out your wallet and had to finger your way all the way through all those one hundred dollar bills to reach for a measly $40. I still have a copy of Ryan's I.D. and all your insurance.

I bought this unit and I had a very great experience- the install and set up was very great. I had a minor hiccup with service (2 years after the install), but they really went over board to rectify the situation- I would gladly recommend this to everyone, responsive and reliable is what I look for- when working with a company!
