I can't recommend Albert and Goodwill Plumbing enough! Every time I need plumbing work done, Albert is incredibly responsive--he gets back to me quickly and always schedules the service without delay. He arrives on time, and his communication is excellent from start to finish. Throughout the job, he keeps me informed about what's happening and ensures that everything runs smoothly. One of the best things about Albert is how clean and organized he keeps his workspace. He always takes care of any mess, leaving the area spotless once the work is done. His professionalism and friendly attitude make working with him a breeze, and that's why I've been a loyal customer for years. Just recently, I had my water heater replaced, and Albert not only handled the installation perfectly but also made the necessary plumbing adjustments for a more convenient shut-off and added safety features. I totally feel like my expenses are reasonable and of quality. I'm incredibly happy with his work and will absolutely continue to use his services for all my plumbing needs!

You know the quality of a business when things don't go exactly right. This company stood behind its work and made sure the job was done right even though I had the leak from hell and it was extremely difficult to pinpoint and fix. They fixed it, even though it took 2 additional trips to my house to figure out where ALL the leaks were coming from. I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again next time I need a plumber.

Called and set up an appointment. They arrived prompting diagnosed the problem within minutes (not a thorough inspection) and set up a second appointment time to repair the plumbing. When the second appointment day came, they no called no showed. I called and got a representative who told me they were held up (even though I was supposed to be the first call of the day) on another call. She said she would call the technician and see how much longer. I never received a call back. When I followed up, it went straight to voicemail. I left a message and still never received a call back. Called another plumber who came out promptly and fixed the issue promptly (this company also misdiagnosed my issue). The second company fixed my issue within an hour and charged me $2000 less than Goodwill quoted me.

Called business to see if they were open. Spoke with the owner, Chelsie. She was very rude and didn’t seem interested in answering my questions. Not a good first impression.

I called them because there was a big puddle of water underneath my sprinkler irrigation system's Rainbird brand turn on/ off valves. I wanted the plumber to identify the cause of the leak. I also asked him to replace the nearby PVC water turn off/on valve with a brass one because the plastic handle broke on the PVC one such that the valve could only be opened and closed with a Channel lock tool. The plumber was supposed to arrive between 8 AM and 10 AM but arrived at 11AM. Upon arrival, he asked ME to identify the source of the leak. YOU'RE THE PLUMBER, I thought, DO SOME DIAGNOSING! I pointed to valve 1 of 8 because it had lime stains. He tightened a solenoid on valve 1 which stopped 98% of the water, YAY!, but as time went by there was still a tiny leak forming there. I [ a woman] SUGGESTED that he replace the O-ring on the solenoid and that stopped the leak. Like he cared that valve 1 still had a very tiny leak. Like he cared about my sprinkler system at all. He was focused on replacing the broken-handled PVC turn off valve with a brass one, an easy task with no diagnostics. He charged 1.8 hours for labor ($125 per hour) on a 40 minute job (10 minutes tops to install the new brass valve and 30 minutes of waiting in the van and chatting on the phone as the adhesive dried on the connection). He charged me $50 for a $20 brass valve part from Home Depot. He had to leave for 2 hours to pick up the part even though I told the dispatcher upfront that I required the part and thought they'd bring one along. He turned off my water main without giving me a courtesy heads-up ... Bottom line, never again.

Goodwill plumbing is AWESOME, I love this company they are the best in my opinion, their workers are on time, they get the job done. It's affordable, the receptionist is amazing & cheerful. They feel like family, any time I have a plumbing issue I give them a call. I have them on speed dial. 😁

Was replacing my kitchen faucet and disposal, both of which were leaking badly. Managed to snap off the hot water valve stem trying to turn it off, and tried to replace it with a sharkbite, which leaked all over the place. Called and got someone here to fix the valve quickly and correctly, which was a little beyond my capability, and managed to complete the faucet and disposal on my own. Everything is working fine now.
