Home warranty company sent Jackson Plumbing to fix our water heater. He replaced the thermocouple and control box and that was it, everything seemed fine- except it wasn’t. I left for work and my wife left to run errands, and when she got home a few hours later the entire garage reeked of gas. Turns out the job was done very poorly which resulted in a serious gas leak that could’ve easily blown our entire house up.

Mr. Jackson worked me in on a Friday afternoon to look at my broken water heater. He took time to troubleshoot and exhaust all options before giving me a temporary fix to get me through the weekend until he could get the part next week. Very much appreciate the service and good interaction. I would recommend.

They were assigned to us by American Home Shield. They did not replace the hot water heater. They told the company the valves were the problem. When they replace or repaired the valves the leak was still active. Ended up having to hire another company that was able to repair the issue.

My Home warranty company recommended Jackson plumbing services. I had a spontaneous burst on the hot water line. Mr Jackson arrived at the appointed time and within 15 minutes assessed the problem. He measured the area and explained that I had a burst hot water line and he would have to open some drywall part of the ceiling. The paint was bubbling on the ceiling and water rushed from it when he touched it. He located the area where the pipe burst behind the wall under the vanity. Mr Jackson explained everything he was doing and asked if I had any questions. Within an hour the burst pipe was repaired an I was good to go. He did a great job for me and I would definitely recommend him to fix your plumbing needs. Thank you Mr Jackson!!!!👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

I was referred to Jackson Plumbing through my Home Warranty service. The HW contacted Jackson Plumbing about an emergency pipe burst leak, and made a case number and i was told they would contact me ASAP. I called and left messages over the course of 24 hours, and had to pay an outside plumber to come and evaluate the damage/repair. It has been 2.5 weeks since that initial interaction and Jackson Plumbing finally contacted me TODAY about coming out within the next week to look at the issue. Which has been repaired by a different company over a week ago. Absolutely unprofessional, unresponsive, and not even worth the time I spent trying to get in contact with them. I do not understand how they are still in business.....

We have a home warranty company. Our water heater went out on Sunday and we filed a claim on Sunday. We called and left a message on Sunday and a phone call was returned first thing Monday morning. At this point we do not have hot water. They stated that the earliest they could come out was Wednesday 9-11 and that was just to diagnose the problem. I called our warranty company and they called Jackson Plumbing and got an earlier appointment, after I had already asked. They came out last night, spent 10 minutes there and stated that the water heater needed to be replaced. I received a call today from the warrant company telling me that it was going to cost an additional $720 on top of the $34.99 a month I pay and the $100 that was already given to the company. They explained that it was for things that was needed to be bring the water heater up to code and a permit. I was told to call Jackson Plumbing to get more information and that I could negotiate with them. I called and received a response. I was then told by the owner that he does not have to give me an itemized list of things wrong and that he was not going to explain it to me. He told me that I needed to go through my warranty company and get it from them. I informed him that was not right as he was the person performing the work and that he should be responsible for explaining what needs to be done. I did not like his attitude. I called back the warranty company and they stated that they would call him and get the information. I do not wish to work with this company at all. I am also reconsidering my warrant company. Mr. Jackson took it upon himself to send me a text message to say "I did give you customer service I came to your house yesterday to look at your heater. But some customers won't to here what they won't to here! Thank God all customers or knont like that you have a wonderful day." I explained to him that I was not naive and that he could not just slide a $720 bill on me and expect that I am going to pay that for service he cannot explain to me. Here is my other problem. Leave GOD out of business. This fictitious character has nothing to do with running a business.

My wife and I recently purchased a home in the Tehachapi area. Soon after moving in it was discovered that the hot water heater needed attention. A call was placed to the insurance company who stated the unit would be covered under the home warranty. The Insurance company advised me that Jackson Plumbing, 4083 West Ave, Lancanster would be the service provider. A technician arrived after a date was set a few days later. The tech was a very professional individual and quickly realized that the unit needed to be replaced. He was a pleasant person to deal with. I paid the required fee and was told that I would hear from the company shortly. After about 2 weeks of not hearing anything I placed a call and left a message on their answering machine. I did this for several more days with no response. 3 weeks after the tech service I called the insurance provider to check the status of the replacement. They advised that they had not received any estimate from Jackson Plumbing for the repair. A call was placed by them to Jackson Plumbing and a 3 way conversation ensued. The Jackson rep on the phone ( I believe the owner) stated that he just got the estimate done and I would have to pay an additional $330.00 for upgrades that the insurance would not cover. He went on and mentioned items that needed upgrade that I know are included in new hot water heaters. When I advised him that he was way out of line with his estimate he became irate. I told him that I had no problem paying for required service but his prices were way too high. A while later a call was placed back to Jackson plumbing to discuss the replacement. It has now been a month of leaving messages by my insurance company and by me with no returned calls to either. The insurance company also left Jackson Plumbing several e mail messages with no reply. Today the insurance company gave up on Jackson Plumbing and reassigned another provider. It is my understanding that the insurance company is also referring this lack of customer service and lack of communication to their compliance section for review. Sorry for the long narrative but I hope it may help someone from experiencing their terrible service. "Shame on you Jackson Plumbing"

My hot water heater went out I requested service through my warranty company they sent out a local contractor. I was told that my hot water heater needed to be replaced also was told the pilot would not stay lit. Also verbally insulted by the technician. I called for a second opinion and Jackson was The Company sent out for my second opinion the technician called and stated that I only needed a thermal couple... To sum up Jackson Plumbing is HONEST
