This company is now in my contact list! I called just before 5 on Wednesday and they showed up at 10 Thursday morning exactly on time! By 1:30, they were done installing my new water heater! They were very fair and professional. This is the Plummer you won’t dread calling. Pleasant, communicative and very empathetic to my situation. This is the kind of company I enjoy doing business with!

Been working with Travis for years. Honest standup guy that does quality work. Appreciate that he always cleans up after his job. He's my goto when I have a plumbing issues.

These guys are the best and they made it into my "contacts"! 1. They gave me a quote for a simple drain clearance over the phone. 2. They showed up the same day, within a couple hours of my phone call. 3. They unclogged my bath tub in less than 20 minutes! 4. The cost was the exact amount that I was initially quoted. 5. The plumbers were friendly and hardworking guys! I can't remember their names, but one was a big tall guy with tattoos and the other guy was shorter, hispanic, both really professional and friendly. And the best part, my bath tub is draining!!!! They are definitely my new, go-to Plumbers!

Just put this review on yelp, but wanted to share it here as well! Excellent service!! Travis and Scott did a great job rerouting some pipes due to a slab leak that would have soon caused serious damage to our flooring. Not only was Travis able to identify the exact problem area (which other plumbers incorrectly diagnosed) and do the job the next day (on New Years Eve!), but it cost half the price of the other estimates! TWS saved us thousands of dollars on this job. They were professional, friendly, and fast. They finished in one day what other companies said would take up to three days. Everything done up to code, efficiently and thoroughly. They even did a good job cleaning up after themselves! Finally an HONEST plumber who does QUALITY work for an affordable price! After this great experience, he will definitely be our go to plumber.

I wanted to replace a 25-year old leaky and heavily crusted hose bibb in my front yard with a new commercial-grade ball valve. Travis took my call and he sent Chris over to replace it. Chris removed the old tap and installed the new valve. I was quite happy with the professional & quality work. Yes, I recommend their business. I’m sure I’m not the only one who gets confused with their two business names. lol

Justin and George are exceptionally thoughtful and thorough. Very polite and considerate. My tub needed a new valve and access. Ensured the leak under the tub did not cause mold and drained and dried excess water. Coming back tomorrow to finish the job after area is completely dried. I would definitely use them again and recommend them. Thank you so much!

I have been using Travis and his company for all my plumbing needs for the last 2 years. He always responds quickly and is professional and courteous. I have found his prices to be considerably lower than his competition in the AV and I've NEVER had to call him back because something wasn't fixed right. I will continue to use this company for many years to come.

If you need plumbing work done these are your guys. They really went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of 100%. Roto rooter wanted $2600 for a 2-way clean out install 3.5 feet deep. These guys did it for a fraction of the price and help fix my toilet after the fact.
