I contacted Hank on a Sunday about my tankless water heater not working properly. Hank was professional and knowledgeable, while he helped me troubleshoot the issue in more detail over the phone. During our conversation we were able to quickly determine that I needed to get a new water heater. Hank worked with my landlord and showed up Monday morning with a new tankless water heater. Hank was able to complete the entire job in just a little over 3 hours.
