I would give 0 stars if I could. On Monday March 11th my husband called these plumbers to fix a leak under my sink. They were in my home for less than 5 minutes and told my husband to buy a new faucet and call them back and they will install it. They charged just under $80.00 for this as this was their diagnostic fee because they said the hose to my faucet was bad and that to find the parts was too hard so just get a new faucet. They stated yes you have an expensive Honegrohe faucet but just get a Moen it will do the job. As the person called their boss to take payment he stated we are I to charging half a call and the boss seemed displeased with this asking why with some reason explicative words. The plumber responded we didn’t do anything. I almost bought a new faucet for them to install. I asked my husband to call them back and ask them if I buy the faucet will they deduct their diagnostic fee from my install if I use them. They started no their diagnostic fee is seperate and they will still charge me $150.00 for the install. Not happy with this and that they charged me $80.00 for less than 5 minutes of looking at it and me thinking I wasn’t convinced it was coming from the hose and needed a new faucet. I called another plumber for a second opinion. That plumber determine it needed a new angle stop and the total parts and time to put a new one in $75.00. Guess what the leak is gone! So if you want an honest plumber to do the correct job and not try to get you to just get something new so they don’t have to fix it, I would suggest you save your money. Wasted 80.00 for less than 5 minutes and nothing done.

I called upon Crystal’s Plumbing and spoke with Dave who was very helpful and quoted me the best price to get my job done. I needed his company to come out and install brand new parts on my water heater. The parts had been recalled by whirlpool and shipped to me. Crystal Plumbing was able to get me in next day and I watched as they installed parts. It didn’t take too long at all. The hot water was back on and working! Extremely grateful for such great service and fair pricing! Definitely recommend!

Outstanding service! Woke up to a broken hot water heater, ugh! Called Crystal Plumbing at 8:00am and spoke with James. He was at my house in less than 15 minutes. I found James to be professional, honest (great discussion on tank VS tankless) and willing/able to answer all my questions. The installation happened the same day, thank you James. It was a tight fit getting the old one out and the new one (went from 40 to 50 gallon). The installation was quick and clean, shop vac'd the area. I can not express how thankful I am for the outstanding service throughout the entire process. Great service, GREAT pricing, these guys are the real deal!!! Will be my go to plumbing company, they should be yours too.

Crystal plumbers Will and Hunter arrived on time. They were professional, polite, and knowledgeable as to the plumbing services that I requested for my home! They installed a new Kohler toilet, under sink water filter, and new valves in my shower! I would strongly encourage you to call them!

We've had Crystal Plumbing and HVAC out to work on our systems three times since buying our house. Every time they have been amazing! I had a leaky toilet supply valve, wanted to replace another older style toilet valve since the other was getting replaced anyways, and an upstairs tub wasn’t turning on. Called and Rudy and Bob arrived the same day, just a few hours later, in the timeframe they said they would. They were quick, efficient, and polite. They replaced the valves and said James would be by shortly to continue diagnosing the tub. James and Devon arrived less than an hour later and had the problem solved (dysfunctional diverter valve on the spigot) in less than 10 minutes. They didn’t even charge me for the tub. Overall great work by a team of very polite, professional employees.
