He not only shows up to my house ready to tackle any plumbing problem, but I am able to joke with him and enjoy his company in the process of getting my pipes cleaned. 06/24/2024 I called about 8am to make an appointment. The kitchen sink was draining very slow. I also wanted the garbage disposal to be replaced and the water heater flushed. I was informed that they could be there between 10 and 12. They stated that someone would call before coming out. Just before 10, Jeff called and stated he was on the way. When he got here, he started draining the water heater and while that was happening, he started unclogging the sink. After unclogging the sink, he flushed the water heater. While the water heater was filling up, he changed the garbage disposal. He was multitasking very well. Jeff was very informative with the maintenances I should be doing with the drain and water heater. He is very courteous and professional. Everything is working very well now. I would recommend this company for any plumbing needs.

Called yesterday for a water leak in my shower got an appointment for this morning. Technician was on time, friendly and had the repairs done quickly, even after having to run to the hardware store for a part. great conversation and education from him concerning maintenance > really appreciate everything from the initial contact to the completion of the repairs and paid a fair price! I can't say enough good things about the service I’ve received from Phil & Paul's Plumbing! I've used them both in my personal home and in a rental property. They've assisted me in clearing a very clogged kitchen sink drain, re-sealing multiple toilets, and servicing a tankless water heater. Recently, they were able to replace an aging water heater in the same day, when my tenants called with no hot water. Aaron was fantastic in providing me with a detailed explanation of the issue and how best to address it. He communicated with me throughout the process and I was so pleased that he could solve my problem the same day! I highly recommend Phil & Paul's, and their great team!
