He walked me through every step of the process and even showed me how to do it myself in the future if I wanted. There was no pressure to buy additional services or unnecessary upselling—just honest, helpful service. He also offered a free inspection to check the safety of other plumbing systems in my home. Awesome team! I had Sara, Keith and Mike help me fix my shower and they were all amazing to work with. Sara was so kind and I appreciated that she gave me 3 different price point options to choose from. I didn't feel any pressure to choose the most expensive option. Keith came the next day and did the work, he was kind and finished his work quicker than the estimated time given. He even tightened my toilet seat and replaced the shower arm for me without being asked. A few days after the repair my daughter decided the water pressure was too strong and it was hurting her, Mike came by and adjusted that for us for free. I couldn't be happier with the service Sara and her team provided for us.

Sara's Best Plumbing is like the small town plumber that you know and trust. Great service, super friendly, prompt and professional. We've had them out 3 times now for simpler things like a faucet upgrade to a major toilet drain blockage. On the last visit for some kitchen sink issues Mike was the best. Highly recommend.
