It’s so great when you find someone who knows what they’re doing and also has the state of the art equipment to do the work with. I had a stoppage from roots and grease and had another plumber snake it. It stayed clear for two weeks. The hydro jetting cleared away the roots and grease and the pipes were totally clear. I know because he brought a camera and showed me ! He also checked the pipes so everything went well. 5 stars! Also good price! Highly recommended

In this day and age it’s extremely rare to find honest good hearted technicians in this industry that truly care about their customers. DX Plumbing far exceeded my expectations. I miraculously stumbled upon Abraham when I was at Lowes trying to find the right plumbing pipes/tubes to do a DIY project back at home for a wet bar that I had just recently got renovated. The cabinet installer didn’t account for the existing original plumbing and built the bar around it… Needless to say the plumbing was not aligned with the new sink which required extensive work to make the original plumbing retrofit with the new sink/faucet. Abraham overheard my dad and I in the plumbing isle struggling to find the right piping and provided his plumbing expertise. We didn’t ask him or anything. He just approached us out of the goodness of his heart. After we explained the situation he realized that we were way in over our heads and suggested to come to our house to see what really was the problem. We exchanged contact info and Abraham came the following day and knew immediately what the issue was. He went to work on my existing plumbing and already had all the parts/tools he needed to get the job done. Not only was Abraham truly a professional in his craft but he was an angel in how he came about to assist us. I am forever grateful and will become a loyal customer for any future plumbing needs. I regret choosing DX Plumbing and Hydro Jetting Inc for my plumbing needs. I had them come out to fix a pipe leak, but the technician was unprofessional and did not communicate well. He left the job incomplete and didn’t clean up the mess he made in my house. When I called to follow up, I got no response, and the issue was never resolved. After paying a high fee for their services, I had to hire someone else to redo the work. Overall, a terrible experience, and I will not be using them again.

Abraham was great. He showed up on time and fixed my kitchen faucet leak. Very knowledgeable and trustworthy. I would confidently recommend him and will be using him again!
